
On Friday, the Atlanta Tipoff Club announced its annual midseason Top 30 finalists for the Naismith Award, given each year to the most outstanding player in college basketball. The group this year included five players from the usual power conferences, the ACC, Big East and Big Ten. But the group also included one player from the OVC, WCC and Colonial as well.
