By Jeff Borzello

Louisville point guard Peyton Siva has had his ups and downs leading the Cardinals this season. But it doesn’t come close to comparing to what he went through as a teenager in Seattle.

Siva’s sister was in jail, his brother was in jail, and his father was in and out of jail.

In the video below, Siva and his father talk about how Siva rescued his father from potential suicide when he was just 13 years old, and how Siva’s father turned his life around starting that day.

MWilson

You're an ingnorant son of a .........

You can have whatever car, house, job..... but you have no dignity.  You lack respect for decency.  You're a little boy hiding in an adult body, if in fact you're an adult.   Someone said it on here.  Someone like you should be taken out to pasture.  Of course you wouldn't dare get out from behind the computer.  That's your protection.  This has nothing to do with you being a UK fan.  You're just garbage.

Awesome story about an equally awesome young man and his family. What courage it took for everyone to be OK with exposing such personal family tragedies as those they had to endure. Peyton deserves all the glory that God sees fit to bestow upon him.

Those who find a way to turn this story in to anything other than a story of triumph and redemption need to be "put out to pasture", and yes that means you M. Wilson!

Give up trying to reason with MWilson. It is somewhat typical behavior from some Ky fans.

Hey Mwilson, this is real life, not about basketball. I know it must be hard for you to understand, being obsessed with a college basketball team. Your clearly an idiot with not much going for you. Why dont you put down the keyboard, your blue mountain dew and get your fat ass out of your moms basement and do something.
