Linebacker Kenneth Bynum had given his commitment to Cincinnati, but he will not be signing his letter of intent on Wednesday.
Bynum's father confirmed to CBSSports.com on Wednesday morning that his son would delay signing so that he could visit Tennessee this weekend.
