The entire college football world has been wondering where wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham would play his college ball, and the kid known as DGB put an end to the suspense on Wednesday morning.

Green-Beckham announced that he'd be signing his letter of intent to play at Missouri, choosing to stay closer to home.

The other schools in the running for Green-Beckham's services were Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

Obviously, this is a huge signing for Missouri and head coach Gary Pinkel as the school gets ready to join the SEC. You need playmakers to win in the SEC, and the Tigers may have signed the best one available.

Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 225 pounds, Green-Beckham is considered the top player in the country by MaxPreps, and has often been compared to Randy Moss thanks to his size, athleticism and skill.

"It's taken 17 years but I've finally found a wide receiver who is as good as Randy Moss," says Tom Lemming. "For years I've said Randy Moss was the best high school player I have seen, and Mr. Beckham has similar skills. He has great size, long arms, a true F.A.T. 100-meter time of 10.5, and superior production. The nation's No. 1 player, he appears to have no weaknesses. He will be the most celebrated prep football player in the country."

No word on whether or not this signing will lead to a giant boost in helicopter rentals.

Hey genius, we have a 4-1 mark against the SEC the past 10 years.....9-2 if you include A&M.  Whatever team you root for, remember this when Mizzou beats you.

And Arkansas is 4-0 against the Big 12 in the past three years with wins over A&M (3-0) and K-State. I took a trip down memory lane and the last time you beat an SEC team is Arkansas in the 2007 Cotton Bowl - a team who had no offensive coordinator or head coach. Other than that you've beaten Ole Miss, but then again who hasn't, and South Carolina in the Lou Holtz era. You're going to be in for a big surprise when you meet up with Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, the new South Carolina, not to mention the SEC West teams you'll have to face. By the way, good job on requiring that A&M be the yearly West team you face. Now you don't have to face the top three teams in the conference each year, since you won't be playing in Atlanta.

Pinkel visited DGB on 1-1 at his HS. He got there in a helicopter and dgb got to sit it in

And you can bet your tail it was Pinkel that told the NCAA about Petrino's "bump" with DGB in San Antonio.

Driving to Arkansas from Springfield is the WORST drive in America. Property taxes on single wide trailers can't pay for good roads! jealousy is ugly and so is your sate!

Yet neither one is as ugly as your attitude. Unlike you, I can express an opinion without hurling insults and sounding like I'm fresh out of the seventh grade. If you can't say something constructive, why don't you just shut up. Besides, Fayetteville is a beautiful town and I highly doubt DGB picked Missouri because he didn't like the drive to Arkansas.

Here you have a group of fans who cannot feel good about their team, no matter how successful they may be, unless they are putting down their division rival.
Ha!  Looks who's talking Jayhawkdawg.  Your comments are more damning to you than it is MU fans.

Mizzou leads the All-time series 57-54 and 9 with the majority of victories coming in the last 50 years. Missouri also burnt Lawrence to the groundin the original Border War. That gives us the ultimate advantage in the rivalry. MIZ!

Note to S.E.C. fans:  Get ready for Mizzery fans entering your conference.  Here you have a group of fans who cannot feel good about their team, no matter how successful they may be, unless they are putting down their division rival.  They have a well documented and well deserved reputation of not traveling well.  Anytime the subject of bad sportsmanship and obnoxious fans is discussed with fans from other Big 12 schools Mizzery is ALWAYS the one at the top of the list.  God forbid they get passed over for a BCS bowl bid in favor of an SEC school who has a tradition of filling the seats or one that will bring more revenue for said bowl.  The rivalry between Kansas and Missouri is one of the oldest and most bitter in history.   It took Missouri 120 years to even out the football series at .500 with the last 3 going to missouri, which to them means kansas can't beat them.  Kansas football had one good year (2008) over the last 10 and our last coach destroyed the football program, that's a fact.  But for missouri fans to act like they are some elite football program is...well....just sad. Now they are coming to the S.E.C. and are talking trash??!!  Good luck and goodbye mizzery, to bad no one will miss you.

MRBBNB, Coach Pinkel rode a helicopter into Hillcrest highschool a few weeks ago to meet with DGB.  That is where the joke comes in.
