Another big Alabama commit? Another big Alabama commit.

The Crimson Tide picked up Huntsville (Ala.) offensive tackle Grant Hill Wednesday afternoon as the program continues to move aggressively on the recruiting trail.

The 6-foot-6, 315-pounder was already drawing plenty of interest from programs across the country and held scholarship offers from Auburn, Mississippi State and Tennessee. Hill will be sticking close to home however, having visited Tuscaloosa unofficially last weekend.

"I like how professional they handle everything,” Hill told Scout. “They handle everything so well. They have a great program, atmosphere and fans. Everything about the whole program impresses me. The way coach (Nick) Saban handles everything. He knows how to win."

Hill is versatile enough to play either guard or tackle at the next level and has excellent size already as a rising senior. He becomes the ninth commitment for Alabama's class of 2013 and second offensive lineman to join the program.

Enjoy it while it last, because it will come to an end! It all runs in cycles! Saban will burn out within a year or two and Bamer will return to mediocracy! If Saban hadn't gone there, Bamer would still be in the gutter. Says a lot about the school, doesnt it? Bamer can't sustain based on being Bamer, like some other schools. Look at LSU - the have an average coach, who threw the NC game away. You put an average coach at Bamer and it's back to the back of the pack. There's not enough talent in Bamer to feed a top program and when you take away Satan's ability to recruit other states, it's over! LA is full of top talent, so, an average coach will look good. The same goes for FL and GA. Those states will always have top schools, because they have the talent. They just have to figure out a way to put a fence around their borders. Muschamp is slowly doing that at UF - the same for Jimbo at FSU. Within a year or two, Satan won't be poaching those states, to the extent he has. Oh, that #1 player - he will end up a UGA. Richt has made up a lot of ground and will offer him a nicer car than Bamer.

This the best start ever for Alabama. Basede on all the Recruiting site Alabama has 8 4-Stars and 1 5-Star already for 2013. And lead for the #1 Player in the Nation. Looks like another good year.
