Just back from walking the streets rioters took to here in Vancouver. I will have move in my column tomorrow, but I spoke to one Canucks fan who summed up the rioters. His name is Avi Sidhu and he toured the area filled with smashed windows and overturned cars Wednesday night.

There were several injuries, the CBC reports

Here’s the Facebook page created to organize a clean-up effort. I can attest there’s plenty that needs cleaning.

Pearls of Wisdom,
Nice to seem that some in Europe recognize this problem with society in some cultures.
An avid NFL Fan and ex -employee, I never understood why people become that emotionally attached to a sport to endanger others and destroy others property?? .........   Barbarian mentality I guess some never evolved fromYell

I am American born but I own property in BC,  this is very sad and truly not representative of the good friends I have there.

not good advertising for canada in an era that probably take back teams to the nation who really deserve to have for the passion and fidelity of the supporters...i am european and unfortunately i am used to see things like that surrouding sports' event at any level in europe...bad way to handle a hard loss...
hope we go on learning how to watch a sport event from Americans
