Hearing him on Monday Night Football almost makes me think about missing Dennis Miller. On the bright side, he's not Dennis Miller

I used to agree with this, especially the way he slurps Jaws up & down any chance he gets. Lately though, his MNF has grown on me, but  I'm not sure why.  I still think he should talk about 50% less, and he would be much more funny.  He's lost that internal mute button , which I thought he had a better handle on the first couple MNF appearances he made when he wasn't as confident.  Now that he's an "expert," he has more trouble shutting up.  I do like his statistical analysis, which I think he does better than anyone else in the booth.  Maybe that is why he has grown on me.  He's become the "stat boy" of the show.  Now he just needs to listen more to that little voice in the head that says, "shut up!"

Most of the time I watch MNF on mute (because of kornheiser), but the few times I leave the volume on, I've twice heard him make comments/complaints about how long a quarter or half was in a slower defensive game. You're an announcer making probably more per game than i make a year, I don't really want to listen to you complain about how long a game seems to you.

I've always liked Kornheiser on PTI, but he is atrocious on MNF. He tries to make everything into a joke, and 99% of the time he is not funny.
