1. Unfortunately, his fake spikes weren't much protection on his way back to the car.
2. Sensing that his slow, Southern delivery might not be the best tool for motivating the players, Matthew McConaughey decided to do the only other thing he knows how to do... he took off his shirt.
3. Yao Ming breaks racial stereotypes by getting completely confused on simple math problems.
4. Skeletor was a natural at nearly all winter sports. Mostly, it was because his lack of flesh made him imperviously to cold, and his lack of actual eyeballs kept his vision clear at high speeds.
5. After attending a car show, the executives at Flag Tee Inc. make a drastic turn in their marketing approach. "Hot chicks lying on the product! That's the way they do it in the big leagues boys!"

1.  Kick to the nads - no problem.  Spikes shooting through his body - merely a fleshwound.  What really hurt was peeling off those black band-aids from underneath his eyes.

#4:  Shortly after this photo the scene became a blood bath and the snow eerily glowed in crimson as the Reaper used his Scythe to edge his way in for pole position.

Dateline 1/6/09 AP,  Sports Editors Tips on Dating has Society Tongues Wagging

Random House announced today the release of a self-help book that guarantees any desperate man success on getting a date.  The author, Shuless Joe lays out this intriguing guide for men to rival every edition of Cosmopolitan ever published.  Some of the tips that the author recommends are:

1) - "Don't hide the testosterone.  Women just love the modern day "gladiator" look. "

2) - "Take a tip from Matthew McConaughey.  First grow a beard and then point and yell like you're in command of something".

3) - "Size does matter, but don't let the women know that you're aware of that.  Always helps to act like you're unaware of what they're talking about."

4) - "It doesn't hurt to have money and be close to the grave as possible"

5) - "Instead of promising her roses and promising romantic evenings, ask her to role play the 'Princess and the Pea', using various different objects.  She'll forget she's uncomfortable and only focus on the fact that you referred to her as a Princess."

Females who've had a sneak peek at this book laughed their butts off at these tips but believe it will do well as a fictional comedy.  The book will be on shelves February 1st.
