How to Play:

It's simple, really. Look at the sports-related pictures above, and give us your funniest caption for any or all of them. You can write as many captions for each as you would like.

The contest runs daily, Monday-Thursday. Each day's contest will usually be posted by noon ET, and will usually end around 11 p.m. ET. If I decide that your caption is the funniest or most clever submitted for that picture, it will be declared a winner.

Winning captions will be announced when the contest ends. There will be one winner for each picture, and also one winner for the person who can string together the 5 best captions all with the same theme.

You will be awarded one point for each winning caption that you post. You will see a running tally on the scoreboard, which will be posted at the beginning and end of each day. At the end of each month a champion is declared, and we shower that user in praise and adulation! We add his screenname to the Wall-O-Fame, and then we start everyone's score back at 0.

This contest is just for fun, and there are no real prizes at this time. Who thinks they can make us laugh? :)

Things I'm glad for....

1.  Elvis is alive and livin' la vida loca south of the border.  Also glsd that some women can still economize by using just a small amount of fabric in a skirt, and still cover her butt enough to get on Telemundo.

2.  That I wasn't the one who put too much starch in this luchador's mascaras.  As attrctive this woman is, he's really giving her hell about how scratchy it is right now.

3.  Two things here.  One is my nickname isn't El Pollo Loco and I'm not dressed up in a stupid chicken outfit (well at least not today).  Two, the lady taking the picture isn't trying to hug me.  I'd be scarred for life if surviving being smothered to death was at all possible.

4.  Got to be thankful that my man boobs don't look anything like that.  Does he have to wear D or DD cup for those.

5.  Not being there and seeing that mess.  Sometimes the front row isn't always the best place to watch wrestling, especially when the luchadors leave the ring.  At least you can pick up a folding chair and...wait just a minute, the girl in the hat.  Sis, what the heck are you doing there.  You told us you were going to see grandma.  Grandma's in the chicken outfit?  Ay caramba!

Mexican food and drink days ... aka Cinco de mayo

Pic 1:  Now there are some fine mexican tacos!
Pic 2:  The wrestler to the woman "Be good and you can play with the Whole enchillada"
Pic 3:  I'll have the chicken wrap!
Pic 4:  The flexing wrestler to his buddy "Dude, I just ate a chihuahua.  I'm still hungry!"
Pic 5:  The results of the Chicken flu!  It's contracted when a person with swine flu mates with a chicken?
