Which is your favorite?

What sport is your favorite sport? Out of the 4 major sports, basketball, football, baseball, and hockey, which one is your favorite? Which is your favorite to watch and to actually play (for those of us that are actually athletic enough to play ).

My favorite is basketball. It is my favorite to watch, and to play. I have enjoyed playing and watching basketball since I was 5 years old. I like the fast pace action of going up and down the court. I like the feeling when you hit a game winning shot, or when you block someone. When I watch basketball, I like to watch it more than any other sport because of the non-stop action and scoring. That's my favorite sport, but I can see why people would like all the sports as well. I have played all of them, and been interested in all kinds of sports my whole life.

What I like most about football is the hard hitting tackling. It's great to be able to just lay someone out! It really gets the adreniline pumping! It's really fun to watch it as well. Seeing guys like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning throw perfect passes, Randy Moss and Terrell Owens make spectacular catches, Jason Taylor sacking the QB, Ray Lewis nailing the RB, Champ Bailey making a great interception, and Devin Hester taking back a punt of kick off for a TD.

What I like most about baseball is the feeling you get after you hit a homerun. It makes you feel stronger everytime you hit one out of the park! I love watching David Ortiz or Ryan Howard slam one out of the park, Justin Verlander or Josh Beckett getting a huge strikeout, Jose Reyes stealing a base, the defense pulling off a double or even a triple play, and when Andruw Jones or Tori Hunter make a spectacular catch in the outfield.

Hockey is my least favorite sport, but I still can have some fun watch or playing it. The funnest thing about hockey to me is the checking. It's like tackling a guy in football, except you on ice! That can get the blood pumpin' real good! I like watching Sidney Crosby making an awesome goal, watching Nicklas Lidstrom making a bone crushing hit, and when Chris Osgood make an unbelieveable stop at the net.

All sports are fun and interesting in their own way, but they all have something that makes us choose one over the other. I can see why anyone would choose any of them, and they are all great to me. My favorite just happens to be basketball, but what is everyone elses favorite sport?

Which is your favorite?

The only problem with watching basketball is nowadays no one plays good defense anymore it's all offense. That's the only real problem with basketball. My favorite sport would have to be football, you seeing the big hits and amazing moves by the football players is incredible. Also I love hearing the roar of the crowd when the away team is trying to make a third and fourth-down conversion, and then being a part of it when they explode with energy when the defense makes a huge stop.

Which is your favorite?

I like three of the major sports Baseball, Basketball and Football, Baseball is my favorite though. I have played Baseball for thirty years and I think that's the only way you can learn to love it. There is a lot of strategy involve with it and a couple of wrong moves will cost you the game. I enjoy watching it as well, it really relaxes me and makes me forget about everything else. I am dissapointed that it has lost its popularity to football because of the poor marketing.

Which is your favorite?

Thanks, but do know how a long ago that actually was? It was in the 2005-2006 season (championship year for the Heat). It was the last year Ben Wallace was on the Pistons as well.

It wasn't that long ago brsox, but I see that you like the NFL and MLB better so I won't hold it against you!

It was a dumb mistake on my part,  I do know Ben Wallace Plays for the Bulls, but seeing the picture made me think of Shaq's awful decline this year, and without thinking i made the comment

Which is your favorite?

My favorite is the NBA, I love the Pistons.  I always dreamed of playing alongside Joe D but that didn't work out.  Next is the NFL, yeah our Lions kind of stink but I still love football.  Being a Michigan grad I've been a Pats fan since Brady took over.  After that would be hockey, lets go Red Wings. How can anyone be from Michigan and not be a Stevie Y fan.  I like the Tigers too but behind the other three sports.

Which is your favorite?

I have 2 favorites. NFL and MLB.   I like the hard hits, running backs running over defenders, wide receivers burning defensive backs of the NFL.  For Baseball I like the rivalry of the Red Sox/ Yankees, and watching games at Fenway.  Last year I went twice for the first time, it was amazing, by far the best place I have ever been to.  I like seeing guys hit home runs and make great defensive plays.  Another thing I like is players who stay with a team simply because they like playing for them and like like the game instead of going to the team who offers the most money.
