Shockingly, against the Cowboys, Johnson managed to actually lower his 2.6 yards per carry average.  21 carries for 38 yards?  Less than 2 yards a pop?  Really?

Can Johnson's fantasy owners sue for pain and suffering too?

Paul, I am wondering what I can do to SCORE A TOUCHDOWN in this post, and If I don't, then I see a reason to SUE JOHNSON also. It would be his PERFORMANCE, that would cause me TO LOSE. I figure if I throw in enough keywords, like NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, and FANTASY OWNER that this will do real well.

Okay enough with the sarcastic scoring system rant.

I think this is a ridiculous suit and makes me wonder if he hired a lawyer or if he is representing himself. Wouldn't surprise me if that was the case. Lawsuits like this have no place, and fantasy owners that lose should be shot, along with the people that quit half way thru just because they are losing.

If I'm the judge, I dismiss this case out of hand and encourage the county to sue the douchebag lawyer for recouperation of taxpayer money for even FILING this frivalous lawsuit.  And yet, I knew it was only a matter of time before something like this happened.  In today's entitled society, where everyone else is at fault, yeah, let's sue an NFL player for my lousy choice of fantasy draft picks.  LJ is this guy's number one player?  Dare I ask who his second rounder was and if HE'S contributing to the overall suckiness???  Dude, the most you can prove in this case is that (assuming a 16 week league) LJ cost you $320 in damages.  That belongs in small claims court, and even then good luck trying to collect.  What, is their pain and emotional suffering involved, too, for being a world class dumbass???  Thanks for pointing this out, riverrock.  God help us all.  A moment of silence, as we mourn the death of common sense.
