The Greatest Of All Time Team Needs A Middle LB

#3 - Jack Lambert

#2 -  Ray Nitschke

#1 - DICK BUTKUS!!!

The deciding factor was his dominance on an average to above-average team.  The other two had INCREDIBLE talent around them to make their jobs just a little easier.

The Greatest Of All Time Team Needs A Middle LB

Well after reviewing the MLBs in the Hall of Fame I have made up my mind.

In spite of 2 of them having played for my favorite team I am going with another Steeler Jack Lambert.

I gave him the edge as I felt that even though others were better run stoppers his pass coverage ability gives him a slight over edge over the rest of the field. All of the people I considered were mean SOBs on the field for sure and hit like a ton of bricks.

I am posting the link for Hall of Fame listed by positions if anyone needs some assistance. The Linebackers are not broken out by outside and middle.
