- Ben Gordon, Chicago Bulls (unrestricted) - A bit one-dimensional and undersized, he's proven to be a stud in that one dimension (20.7 PPG). With that shot selection of his, don't ask me how he does it. Pay at your own risk. He carries a significantly greater price tag than the rest of the guys on this list and in this economy, I'd personally go with the cheaper and safer route.
- Ronald "Flip" Murray, Atlanta Hawks (unrestricted) - Provides instant offense off the bench. He averaged 12.2 PPG backing up both guard spots in Atlanta.
- Marquis Daniels, Indiana Pacers (unrestricted) - He's been plauged by injuries and inconsistency during his Indiana tenure. If it weren't for that, he'd probably be #2 on this list. He had his best season statistically in 08-09, averaging 13.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game.
- Anthony Parker, Toronto Raptors (unrestricted) - A sleeper for sure. At age 33, he arguably put together his best season yet, averaging 10.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game.
- Dahntay Jones, Denver Nuggets (unrestricted) - Provides defense and athleticism on the wing. He's also good at tripping Kobe Bryant. Besides the Lakers, what team wouldn't want that? He doesn't have much of an offensive skill set, though, averaging just 5.4 PPG.
- Keith Bogans, Milwaukee Bucks (unrestricted) - Not an elite defender, but a very good defender who can also knock down the three (35% behind the arc for his career).
- Von Wafer, Houston Rockets (unrestricted) - Took advantage of the extra opportunities with Tracy McGrady out, but faded down the stretch and in the Playoffs. Says he wants to stay in Houston.
- Rashad McCants, Sacramento Kings (restricted) - The Timberwolves got tired of his inconsistent, one-dimensional play and dealt him to Sacramento at the 2009 deadline for a bag of chips. He had a few good games with the Kings, which included a 30-point performance in a loss at Charlotte. Will anybody take a chance on him?
- Kareem Rush, Philadelphia 76ers (unrestricted) - Didn't get much playing time in Philadelphia for whatever reason, but he shot 38.9% from the three-point line with the Pacers in 07-08 and could deserve a look in free agency.
- Devin Brown, New Orleans Hornets (unrestricted) - He's coming off a bad year in which he shot just 35.5% from the field. His defense and versatility has given him value in the past though, as he can shift to SF or PG at times.
Other Notables:
- Juan Dixon, Washington Wizards (unrestricted) - The former NCAA Champion is still hanging around. In 50 games played this year, he recorded 35 steals while averaging 16.3 minutes per game.
