Don't let the name fool ya... All are welcome... 49ers fans are just always welcome... I want it to stay nice and drama free in here... No BS, no bashing individuals, teams yes but posters no... Give me a break lets all act our age not out shoe size... For some the shoe size may actually be higher then your age so you are excused and not welcome in that case... I would like all to act in some adult fashion here, if you can not please move along...

So with that said... Sports, Food, Women, Beer, and anything worth talking about is cool... So pull up a chair, order a drink and may we all get along... Cheers!!!!

49ers Saloon....

One cold Coors, but all out of Pendelton, whats your 2nd choice partner?

Dangerous ? to be asking a 49ers fan, then again I can see why you would ask such a ? of a fan of the land of fruits and nuts... However I was born and raised in Dallas and still reside... To be honest with you I would go to a single Seahaks game if I were there... No tailgating... Are you serious? That's like fishing with no bait... Pointless... How in the hell else to you enjoy a game that gets away in the 1st quarter and is over b4 you know it if you could drink heavily b4 you had to belly up $8 bucks a pop for a cold brew? How about the famous tail gating tricks of the trades and recipes what good would those be...? Sounds like to me your first thought is correct... What a bunch of lame a$$ f--gs... Man that must suck, all that money on a new stadium and no tailgating what a crying shame, sure makes the rainy days a bigger b---h don't it?

Well tell ya what buddy, here's a shot of Crown on the house for you and your teams sad, sad excuse for a stadium... Oh and don't worry your Seachickens won;t be winning the division this year. Mark my words the 49ers will be the winner by season end...

49ers Saloon....

1ST  I'd like a coors light draft and a shot of Pendelton whisky from the bar.

I'm a Seahawks fan. The fans in Seattle are fickle. If they win they show up if not you cant find a Hawk fan any where. The bad thing about going to a hawks game is there is no tailgating any where near the stadium. Having gone to games in San Diego and having great partys in the stadium parking lot there i think it helps people become better fans. What does everyone else think. or are the Seahawk fans just a bunch of lattte sippin tree huggin non football lovin  f-gs. let me know!!!!

49ers Saloon....

Well hello again to all, looks like this place is taken some time to get kicked off... That or my lack of participation of late is the main reason... How the he!! has everyone been...

OTA's are in the books and camp is right around the corner... As much as I like all the story lines I really can't wait for kickoof to the 2008-2009 season... I have a feeling Alex Smith will win the QB job by preseason game number 2... Hill is a good back up but Smith is a gited kid and just needs to put all his talentds together in a complete game... I love the additons of Johnson and Bruce although I think Bruce is no more then a mentor and coach for our young WR's... With Bryant Johnson on one side and mister stick em Arnza Battle I like are one two punch now... You can work Bruce in the slot and have Hill/Lelie/Morgan/and the other yougins slip in and out of the 4th and 5th spots... The defense is what I am really pumped about... I think we have about 6 strating LB;s and we can only start 4 of them at a time... I expext big contributions from Manny Lawson, Jay Moore, Brandon Moore, Dotarious Thomas, and  Justin Smith... I say at least 2  of them make the pro bowl and I am leaning towards Smith and Lawson... Throw Willis in there too and that three from the D and mark my words Frank the tank Gore will boucne back and be a pro bowler agian...

Go 49ers time to head home gang... Catch up with yall later, Peace!

wow havent seen you in a while... How ya been...?

My favorite pick was the OG from USC... The kid is a natural mauler and a perfect fit to be a road grading RG in the league for years to come... I also like the pick up of the Smith kid from OU... He has skills to move to either sfatey spopt so I see him being our free saftey in a few years unles Goldson or Roman stack claim to their roster spot...

Alex Smith has struggled and put similar numbers to one Drew Brees during his first few years.

Smith's fate will be decided this season. I expect a 6-10 type season, so letting Alex play the entire year - sans him getting injured - should firm up if he can cut it or not. His contract was extended through 2011, but if he struggles again this year its time to go in a different direction.

Now, Nolan's job is on the line, so if the 9ers start out 0-3 Alex could get the hook for Prime Time Hill, who showed the ability to win games without putting up star numbers.
