Rick Majerus is losing his mind

St. Louis coach Rick Majerus, who already has raised eyebrows this season by stating a pro-abortion pro-choice stance that conflicts with the Catholic leadership of his university, was quietly reprimanded this week after coming unhinged Saturday during an 81-64 loss at Charlotte.

According to people at the game, Majerus lost control of his emotions after a shot-clock issue went against his Billikens. Majerus approached the scorer's table, found the offending official and unleashed verbal obscenities. One source said Majerus made an obscene gesture as well.

Officials at Charlotte and the A-10 confirm that Majerus was rebuked by the league and has apologized to Charlotte.

Of course the real question is this: What would Ashley Judd think of Majerus now?

Rick Majerus is losing his mind

Not sure if I can be clearer this time but say the same thing...  I really am not even addressing the politics or morality of the subject just the diction.  First, I completely agree that "Pro-Life" is just as politically motivated choice of words as "Pro-Choice."  Second, using the term Pro Abortion doesnt mean you think that every fetus should be aborted.  It means you are for Abortion being legal.  It does not go any further than that.  You might have specific instances when you abhor its use but in the grand scheme you wish for the practice to be legal.  You are For Abortion being legal, you are Pro Abortion.  The reason I felt the first person reacted so strongly was because he was offended by the implication of him being "Pro Abortion" and he was not comfortable with that.  I was simply saying there was nothing inherently wrong with the wording Doyel used, no matter how politically incorrect it was.

I have no reason to debate Roe v Wade on cbssportsline and have no interest in engaging in such a debate.  I hope that helped clear my original point up for those who reacted to my post.  Or how I could not be more wrong.

I normally let things go without commenting, thus the rookie status, but I thought it was an interesting choice by Doyel.  No more, no less.  I also liked the editing he has done since.

TraditionCat said " Why is it always middle class men who oppose abortion?  When is the last time you either had or took care of a baby? ". That might be true I never had a baby or took care of one but i know murder when i see it.  Plus most abortions are forced by either the husbands or boyfriends/ someone in their family.  There are plenty of women that don't support abbortion either.

In Texas and Florida where they kill more people than all of the other States combined have murders gone down over the last 1, 5, 10, 15, or even 20 year time period. NO. Wow and leave the country, go climb back under your rock.

LoveDemSports said "So if you are for the death penalty then I guess you would be Pro-Death? "  The death penalty is for punishment and pro life is supporting innocent babies.  Please learn these concepts or leave the country.

The guy is obviously frustrated with the lack of talent.  I think he has done a great job at SLU.  Once he gets one of his own recruiting classes in there - look out!

There are thousands of kids waiting to be adopted in this country and all over the world. If all of the kids that need a family were adopted this would truely be a better world. But that is not the case right now.  So please do not use that for justification for your self rightousness.

Go Bruins, Go Torreros.

Wow Axl, you made my point. YOU      THINK  it was meant to be pre meditated murder. Which book do you want to borrow from next, or the old testament, new testament. Which scripture will you cherry pick next. In the old testament it says to stone your mother if she doesn't wear the proper dress on Sunday's.  If an eye for an eye was how we lived, everyone would be blind. I am saying bible thumpers need to follow all of the bible if they are going to tell other people how to follow god's law.  Also please do not say the

the actual definition of "kill" is pre-meditated murder, sounds like you have been watching to many murder/law movies.  The translations that have gone on for thousands of years were probably never that specific. But you do again make my point.
