The Fox News personality -- and close, personal friend of the Favre family -- didn't like that I made fun of her in my Brett Favre story up right now. So she went after me on her blog, and made fun of me right back. However, she ignored the stuff about being played for a fool by her super-tight buddy, Brett.

So what did she do? She used semantics to define the word "friend." Next from Greta Van Grammar: The true meaning of the word "is."

Plus she's very good with exclamation marks.

Apparently I was supposed to call her before making fun of her. Greta, if you want me to have your phone number, just send it along.

I think your article was dead on Doyel and it obviously hit a nerve.  She was trying to attract attention to her show since she already plays at least 5th fiddle to all the other shows on Fox News.  I still can't figure out why in the hell Brett would pick her show unless he new her personally.  That show was probably the highest rated she ever had.  Plus it is funny she criticizes you but she wouldn't even have a job if it wasn't for the OJ trial which is when she came into fame.  She would never talk about that because it would make her look bad if everybody realized she is only famous because OJ killed 2 people and she was an "expert" legal analyst at the time.  I am so freakin sick of Brett Favre and your article summed up how I feel, not only about Brett but Greta Van Simpson as well.  Now you not only irritate people on this website but have entered the world of so called news journalists as well.

Greta should stick to any other news and commentary but sports, especially if it involves Farve or the Packers. I heard since she's from Wisconsin, she did buy and own some stocks of the Packers and that is why she feels her opinion need or should be heard. I know she's an ex-attorney, so be careful, she might do something just to show that she can.
