Reggie Bush is still living off his college reputation as a superstar. Bush hasn't lived up up to those heavy expectations put on him. Sure he's made some nice plays but hasn't been consistent really, well, at all. He will take a punt back or a swing to the endzone every once in awhile but he can't run inside and he could not handle the load all by himself. I gurantee if he didn't do as well as he did in 2005 he would not be getting this hype.

Reggie Bush is NOT a superstarYes he is not a superstar, but he is a very talented player. having a guy on your team who is good at returning punts is something every coach looks for. I agree with you that he cannot run inside very well, but he is good when he goes to the outside. If he could stay healthy he might have played as well as he did in 2005. I think he will (one day) reach superstardom.

Reggie Bush is NOT a superstarReggie Bush did me wrong. Led me down the path of peridition. Ok. So he only got me 2 points last night. The real superstar in this painting is his CPA. Now that dude is probably up for partnership...... |

Reggie Bush is NOT a superstared, this was before the MNF game. I still think he's too inconsistent to be called a superstar, if he did this more often then maybe I will give him the superstar level. Right now Mario Williams has clearly been the best pick. |

Reggie Bush is NOT a superstarWhat did people expect! Reggie Bush didnt rin inside in college and he couldnt hande the load by himself in college! Have we all forgotton that LenDale White was the inside smash back. After White wore the D out and Matt Leinart made teams respect the pass. Reggie Bush would run a sweep or take a swing pass outside and make it look spectacular. But what he did in college is all he's doing now. I always wanted to knowwhy everyone gave Houston a hard time for not picking him. Mario Williams has come around but Reggie Bush still trying to reach his expectations! |

Reggie Bush is NOT a superstarHow do you define "superstar", and what are the criteria? He looked pretty good returning those 2 punts for TDs on MNF. He is definitely one one the most popular players in the NFL and has what it takes to sell tickets. |

Reggie Bush is NOT a superstarNo doubt he is a great player, but not a superstar yet. I think he may be stuck at the wrong position, if he was a WR his production would probably be great.

Reggie Bush is NOT a superstarI have to agree with you that Reggie Bush has been viewed as a superstar due to his college achievements and that he cannot handle the load by himself BUT what he does bring is an uncanny ability to hurt you on the ground or in the air. He is not your prototypical RB but I think that 's what makes him a very valuable weapon that other teams have to respect and plan against. He's also popular with the fans because of his big play capability and that draws positive attention to the NFL.
