Saline is the way to go here... looks and feels more like the real thing!

First off... like all other posters, I wish you the very best in a continued recovery.  I've seen the effects of cancer, with both positive and negative outcomes so I hope for your continuing recovery!

My thoughts would be to go mid-size.  A full B cup or smaller C is the way to go (speaking from a man's perspective).  My wife is a bigger C cup, and she won't wear a bikini top because she says that they don't make them with enough support.  I insist that she should, but I'm told it's a comfort thing.  Having been bigger, you probably know about this... but I say the full B is the perfect size!

I am happy to hear you have survived your battle with cancer and are looking to move forward in life!  I think you are a beautiful woman and no matter what the choice, should remain very confident in your physical attributes.  My vote, if given any recognition, is a C. 

Too bad they don't make them adjustable.  When your playing golf, running, or doing something athletic a B would be plenty.  However, the voluptuous AV having a night on the town would probably prefer the full D-cup. 

I'd seriously consider going D and wearing sports bras to reduce when necessary.  You only want to do this once, and it sounds like your frame will support a D.  Most men including me like big.  If you went B, there isn't much you can really do to make them larger when you go out.

I wouldn't go less than C, but whatever you decide, good luck and best wishes.

I think if you went with an A or B size, you might not feel "restored".  I would say, go for a full C or small D.

Silicone feels more "real" than saline.

speaking as a man, i offer you first and foremost continued health and congratulations for coming through this huge event in your life.

i would suggest to you that you might consider returning to a D for psychological reasons as once you feel "normal" you can always adjust them down to a smaller size as you feel more comfortable with your new situation. YOU are the one that has to be comfortable with them in every situation you are involved in and therefore, you need to decide where to start. i think that returning to a D will help you develop a winner mentality as you will return to the form you have grown up with.

something to consider. and again, congratulations on your success. stay healthy and be happy with the new you!

AV - my vote is small C.  I will still be envious, but I was built for speed.  It will be better for your back in the long run.

The next question is silicon or saline?  Preferences gentlemen or ladies?

How are you feeling AV?  You had given us all a scare there, a little while back.  Your health and mental well being is far more important than your breast size.  It sounds like you are leaning toward something smaller than that which God gave you.  In light of that, a health "C" would probably be a nice size for your your body type and size.  Good luck, I'm sure whatever you choose will suit you well.  You are an amazing person and a great human being.

First let me say again I admire your spirit, strength and honesty.

Based on your description of your body type I agree with the others who have suggested a solid C cup. I believe they will look more "real"  than if you go back to your natural size plus they won't get in the way as much of your backswing on the golf course.
