Gift from Mizzou

Well.... a lot has happened in the last week.  Kansas loses a game at KSU for the first time in like 100 years.... Cats take over the lead in BIG XII.... then poop their pants at Missouri.  So... were do we stand now?  Tied for first with another BIG XII Championship in our grasp as long as we take care of business!  It starts tonight with a home date against the same short-handed Mizzou team that just had a HUGE win against KSU.

Our Huge advantage tonight is going to be our guards... they are missing their point guard!!!  We should be able to cause Mizzou to turn the ball over all night!  Should be a nice confidence booster for KU tonight!  Brandon Rush, Mario Chalmers, and Sherron Collins should dominate and KU should win easily!  I also want to see Cole Aldrich get some major minutes!  We are going to need home come March!

If only UTEP could finish what they started.  Hopefully Tennessee can take it to Memphis!  If not... let Memphis go unbeaten in the regular season!  Worked out well for the Patriots...

Shoot even if you look at C-USA... Memphis and UTEP. That goes to show that any min in any game the fav. could go down... I think this years NCAA Tournement should be a good one... I think that the Seedings will play a big part on how far any one team is going to go... Gotta love NCAA Basketball BABY!!!

I know that the game was in Columbia, but I was shocked by that result Saturday.  I guess Mike Anderson lit a fire under the Tigers.  I really think that he is going to make them a good program again soon.

KU looks to be in the driver's seat again, but the road will be bumpy.  A&M is righting the ship and Texas can still give the Hawks a challenge.  Like TennFan pointed out the free throw issue appears to have finally been figured out by this team.  They have shot it very well from the line lately.  Hope that continues.

What Saturday showed was that road games are still tough in the Big 12 no matter who is playing who.  Just ask OSU.

I hope so!  We are not great at the line either... but missing 20 in one game?  That is terrible!

With the way Memphis shoots free throws, I still think you are the team to beat come tourney time. . .
