He's a turd of a human being and a rat and an alleged woman beater but when it came to steroids Jose Canseco was dead on.

Almost everyone he's named as a steroid cheat in his books has proven to be, well, a steroid cheat.

If the report about Alex Rodriguez is correct, Rodriguez would be the latest player named by Canseco as an alleged steroid user who was.

Remember, Canseco claimed that he introduced Rodriguez to what Canseco said was a known steroid user.

Canseco is a despicable person who deserves to have his ass kicked.

But he sure did nail this steroid mess.

Meanwhile, the home run kings are falling so quickly legends like Babe Ruth and Hank Aaron look better every day.

Jose Canseco was Right Once Again

what all of a sudden jeter is given a pass? what you gonna do when jeter comes up on that list?  this era of baseball is a joke.  Nobody should be excluded from any scrutiny.

Jose Canseco was Right Once Again

1) A-rod isn't the same size as when he entered the league.

2) Roger Clemons had just as much god given talent as A-rod and his averages were pretty consistant throughout his career, yet we know he took roids too.

3) How can the A-rod facts be proven in court if the records are sealed?  Trust me on this one, SI didn't print this story without some major verification.

Jose Canseco was Right Once Again

At first I was in denial about steroids in baseball but now with evidence I have accepted it.  However, there is one thing that must be spoken.

First let me say I am NOT a supporter of steroids in sports and I think that those taking them (regardless of who they are and what team they are on) should be taken out of the game and replaced by players who actually are doing what they can with their own God-given abilities.  If the level of play in game I have loved for over 20 years has to suffer some then so be it.  I would rather watch a game knowing it is clean rather than see chemically-inflated stats.

The thing that must be remembered is all strength and muscle in the world cannot help you hit the baseball.  It might help you hit the baseball further when you DO hit it, but hitting a fast-moving round ball with a round bat remains and always will remain the most difficult thing to do in sports.

Jose Canseco was Right Once Again

Anyone remember when Jose Canseco wanted a shot to hit 500 Hrs and all the teams blackballed him. Just think if someone would of gave him his last wish than theres a real good chance that most of this wouldn't of even surfaced. Jose introduced most of the league to steriods and all he wanted was his place to shine. As the saying goes "Leave a sleeping dog lie" 500 was his place in cooperstown and if he would of got it then I gaurentee we never would of heard a word of what Jose Knew.

Jose Canseco was Right Once Again

Where is Vai Sikahema to knockout Canseco's lights again?  Canseco only wrote that book to get back in the spotlight.  It would have been better if he never wrote that damn thing.  All these pointless articles clogging up my sports news.

Jose Canseco was Right Once Again

It's funny to me how niave people can be....I guess we know one has noticed Arods growth over the last few years.....he started off on steriods and moved into hgh after he was told about the positive test...Alex has been using for quite a while....NY signified his switch to HGH...ever since then, he's gotten huskier and huskier....sort of Clemensy....lol...

Jose Canseco for baseball commissioner

Jose Canseco has done more for the sport by exposing these frauds than Bud Selig has done throughout his entire tenure.  Selig knew this was going on the entire time and ignored it.  How about a REAL commissioner for baseball instead of an owner?????

Sad day..

every time a player is named it hurts a little more...and hits you a little deeper... baseball has been ruined. i hope i can get that love back like i had as a kid..like i had as recent as a few years ago...but i doubt i can...i will still root for my yanks, even though i cant stand anyone on that team...but this black cloud can never be lifted..i just cant see how.
