Lakers: Kings of the Regular Season

Great win, Los Angeles.

Congratulations.

You win a lot of big regular season games, Los Angeles. But while you may fool some of the ex-player suck ups at ESPN, you're not fooling me again.

We've seen this movie before.

The Lakers and Ko-Me Bryant will impress in the regular season, maybe even get to the Finals. That's what they do.

Then the postseason will arrive and they'll get bullied and punk'd by one of the tough teams from the East.

Just like last year.

If the Lakers play Boston in the Finals, they'll get smoked.

Just like last year.

Los Angeles still doesn't possess the inside toughness to beat one of the great teams from the East when it really counts.

So congratulations, Los Angeles.

You've earned a title.

Best team in the regular season.

It's sad to think that this guy gets paid to write about something he knows nothing about. I hope he knows how to prepare crow, because he'll be eating a lot of it come championship time.

Is there anyway this hack can be stopped from writing asinine articles?  What credentials does this hack have?  Has he just been on this site so long?  You may want to sprinkle in some intelligent articles written by intelligent writers, Freeman is NOT one of them.  He is on here because he couldnt cut it as a fish hack.  Please get us some intelligent and knowledgable columnists.

Another punk-ass laker hater.  I'd like to see him spout those opinions in a Laker fans face.  never happen, cause he is a douchebag pussy!  Watch all the Lakers games then form an opinion, hack.

Wow, you are a poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor poor example of a columnist and blogger. Your recent blog on the Lakers was juvenile and should be considered by you to be an embarrassment. I can't believe someone is paying you to post those blogs that come across as a drunken rant sent from one friend to another via text message. I would destroy your most recent post, get it off the record quickly! It might hinder your chances of finding employment in the future that would have anything to do with combining words to form coherent thoughts and findings. As ridiculous as this comment may seem to you, think about how ridiculous your blog post seemed to others....makes you wonder doesn't it. Paul

I'm not a big Laker fan, but I appreciate how well Kobe has led this Laker team. They seem to be on a mission. They didn't even let a debilitating injury to Bynum keep them from two very impressive wins. It's a little too early to crown anyone anything. Let's just see how it all plays out. I have to admit that the Lakers are the best team in the NBA right now. Gasol is playing bigger and better, and looking more comfortable in the offense. Kobe is playing his best ball. He is doing whatever he needs to do to get the team to win. If they can get Odom to play his best ball, they are going to be formidable in the playoffs and perhaps the finals.
