Phil: watch your (expletive deleted) mouth

ESPN was showing the press conference of Phil Jackson after his Los Angeles Lakers were waxed by Houston. Jackson was defending his team's effort and asking the media to give the Rockets credit. Except Jackson said something a little more foul. He exclaimed "give them some (f-word) credit."

Jackson said it on live television and ESPN was forced to apologize for showing it.

Me? I laughed my (expletive deleted) off.

That's Jackson. He's always cursing. ESPN should know this by now.

Showing a Jackson press conference is risky business because he doesn't give a (expletive deleted) about anything.

Jackson could be speaking to a group of Boy Scouts and he'd say, "One day you'll all be (expletive deleted) Eagle Scouts."

Jackson would now like to say something to Moms everywhere:

"Happy (Expletive Deleted) Mother's Day."

An Al Davis reality show? That's genius! VH1's got the format... throw Al in a house full of crazy chicks fighting over him and watch the insanity flow wild!

Should ESPN put press conferences on a 5-second delay? I like those live press conferences. One of my favorites recently was Al Davis' hours-long rant against Lane Kiffin. There should be a reality show that all it does is follow Al Davis and capture what he says.  The man was a genius at one time, and in many ways it's sad what has happened to him, but since he refuses to give up running the team, I can easily rationalize it in my mind that he's fair game.

The man is certifiable.  He would provide more nuggets of comedy than Dave Chappell.

The best part is he's crazy enough that he might actually agree to it.

Freeman, I'll have to admit it.  I'm giving you some major props.  This article was funny.  I laughed my (expetive deleted) head off.

I caught it, too! Unbelieveable! I know people use profanity all the time and Phil Jackson was coming off a tough loss, but that was crazy. Do you fault him for saying it or ESPN for airing it? Should ESPN put press conferences on a 5-second delay? I like those live press conferences. One of my favorites recently was Al Davis' hours-long rant against Lane Kiffin.
