I'm in a state of Tebow-induced shock

Now, I'm not saying what Tebow is doing will last. I doubt it will. Eventually the NFL will catch up to this madness of an offense. But it is impossible not to appreciate, enjoy, be stunned, be amazed, at what he is doing.

You have to raise a toast to Tebow. You have to. Nothing like this has been done in the NFL since the Wildcat and this is even more impressive. That Jets defense Tebow was singlehandedly destroying is pretty good. Not great. But good. He was humiliating the Jets. Absolutely humiliating them.

The Jets should be ashamed of themselves but we have to give credit to Tebow.

I thought the Jets would crush Tebow. Finally, they'd expose him. Then he does that.

I'm in shock. The entire league is in shock right now.

But more than anything, the Tebow doubters, like me, have to take a step back.

And appreciate what we're seeing because this is remarkable stuff.

This Tebow hysteria is so silly.  His team has beaten a few terrible teams, and were totally embarrased by the Lions.  They will soon be embarrased by the Bears and Patriots as well.  They won last night because they played the only starting QB in the league that is worse than Tebow.  Some of Sanchez's passes were so far off it looked like he was playing blindfolded.

programdan you are a freaking moron.  I mean an idiot of the highest degree.  Your post is so full of football ignorance and tebow butt licking that it is hard to know where to begin.  Okay, how about:  the DEFENSE turned the season around, NOT Tebow you doofus.  All of you suck ups assume that changes made that have turned into wins are attributable to Tebow when there is simply NO evidence to support such an opinion.  And to say that the defense wasnt good under Orton yet has improved since he left has ANYTHING to do with Tebow is just evidence of your sorry man crush.  The guy cant generate 200 total yards of offense in two straight games, runs around like a clown in broken plays that will soon be stopped much like the wildcat has been.  If Cam Newton had numbers anywhere near as horrible as Tebow he would be lambasted while Tebow is lauded instead.  Hypocrites.

I am not in any kind of Shock about Tebow. He is geting the same PUB that he got in College. He is an outstanding athelete , but that is where I draw the line. As mentioned before in this tread the Boncos DEF scored just as many points as the the offense, counting the field goal as a special teams score. Tebow engenered a good 95 yd TD drive, but the DEF was the group that stopped the Jets.

When Tebow was at Florida, he was praised how he beat Oklahoma in the BCS Championship game, but the fact is if Floridas DEF had not stopped Oklahoma twice with goal line stands and blocked a field goal, Tebow would not have been credited for anything. Tebow is an exciting player, but he gets more credit than he deserves. There are 53 players on that team, he can't do it by himself.

I really hope your kidding.....Your right the defense is carrying this team. The defesnse scored the same as the offemse.  If you didnt notice they had the ball starting out on the jets side of the field about 4 times and walked away with 3 points. This is all temporary there is no way they dont draft a QB next season and as a denver broncos fan id be pissed if they dont. He is not the long term solution. If they play a team that can score 21 points on them they wiill lose. Eventually they will and this kid does not have the arm to bring them back. Want to see ugly, watch when they play the partiots and even san diego next week. The offeses they won against were shit down by are defense and honestly are not that good. We palyed the raiders without Mcfadden and Palmer had about 10 practices with the team. The dolphins who were about to win except we recovered and onside and they went for 2 for some reason. I was at that game, Tebow completey sucked and he has 1 good drive a game and people think hes a wiinner. Go look at Ortons record his first couple of years. Im a bronco fan, i love the fact that our defense is playing better, our O line is doing outstanding, but I got news for all you Jesus freaks out there. Yes Tebow makes some plays but hes not the reason were winning. Now Von Miller, thats the best player on the team right now

hmmmmm cbssports.com has him listed.  they also have him listed with the 2nd best, behind only rodgers, td to int ratio.  wait he is also 2nd, behind rodgers and smith at SF, for the best win percentage since he has been playing this year.

i know i know, its because he sucks

no wait, its all on the D, they are winning inspite of TT, im sure anyone couldve gone 4-1 with this team.....even orton, i'll bet he could do the same......no wait he couldnt.

yep the jets played bad, kc just sucks, the raiders didnt have palmer situated yet blah blah blah

TT took the same team otron had, minus a pro bowl WR, and has completely turned around Denvers season.

deal with it

Good on you Freeman, way to man up.

Now i'm really laughing at the Teabow critics (aka haters etc..) posting here making all sorts of excuses and stats why Tebow sucks or will suck... but the kid is winning games!!!

Hahaha... smh... some people have intangibles, guts, self-belief whatever... that you can never put your finger on but its  there and it just shines through...

Just looking at the number of critics makes me wanna support the guy.

Go Tebow.

hilarious.

the reason TT doesnt have the min # of passes is because he has only played in 5 games.  and in most "stats" pages he is being listed.

and TT has his most success when he is allowed to pass.

if you looked at anything other than the stat sheet, like the whole game maybe.  You would see Denver gets behind when fox, one of the worst coaches ever, runs the ball 18 out of 20 times.

then at the end when TT is passing and running for 1st downs he is lethal.

lets see, run too much - get behind.

throw mostly with some opportune runs - win the game.

you would think even someone as dense as fox, or yourself, would be able to figure that out

If Cam Newton had the same statistics after the same amount of games don't you think most would be saying that he is a good player and all that but he has proven that he is not an N.F.L  level  QB, the management of the Panthers who drafted Cam would have been the laughingstock of the NFL. If you go to NFL.com go to stats then go to QB Tebow isn't even listed because he has not meet the minimum requirements of 14 pass/game and problably won't ever and if they had listed him he would be the lowest rated QB in the N.F.L . The Jets played a bad game but if you take away the interception Ryan threw which led to a Denver Touchdown Denvers would have lost. Don't get me wrong I like Tim but history has a way of repeating itself remember the " wild cat cormation" or look at how the QB that run more than pass have not won any chhampionships it they survive the season but his no pass and run will only work so much and get the team so far, yet so many are praiseing him as if he was the QB of the future and that is not true nor does it have a chance of being true.

HERE IS A GRAND IDEA....

How about we talk a little about the Denver Broncos as a team and give credit there?

I like Tebow because so many hate him.  I want to see him succeed.  I think he is a talented, humble young man who has convictions in his life that overflow into his demeanor, behavior, speech and action, the way a man of faith should be.  Many hate him for this... I understand, but this isnt just about Tebow.

PROPS TO THAT DENVER OFFENSIVE LINE!  THEY PROTECTED HIM WHEN HE DID THROW AND OPENED UP GAPING HOLES TO RUN IN.

PROPS TO VON MILLER, DUMMERVILE, BAILEY AND THE REST OF THE BRONCOS DEFENSE WHO PLAYED A DOMINANT GAME, INCLUDING A GAME CHANGING PICK-6.

PROPS TO RECEIVERS WHO BLOCKED ON RUN PLAYS AND CAUGHT SOME DIFFICULT PASSES.

seriously people, Tebow is the first to say this was a team effort to get to 5-5.  While everyone burried the Broncos a month ago, now they are back in playoff picture.  For this reason alone the Tebow haters should see that there is something special about the kid.  The defense and offensive line trust him.  They believe in him and fight for him.  THAT IS A LEADER!!  Someone who can get men to fight with him and for him and THAT is why the Broncos are winning.

Tebow doubters = 1-4 losers. Tebow lovers 4-1 winners. Let the hating begin.....
