Let the Tiger games begin

SAN DIEGO -- OK, we knew it was coming, but perhaps not via this particular mode of communication.

And not when Tiger Woods himself wasn't even around.

Given the salacious nature of his ongoing sex scandal, Woods figured to draw some comments and criticism from the gallery if and when he returns to the game, but during the first round of the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, a local nightclub managed to tie the whole sordid affair -- and offer unsolicited commentary -- up into one little ball.

A local strip club rented an airplane that flew over the Torrey courses on Thursday trailing a banner that read: "We miss you Tiger -- Deja Vu Showgirls."

The truth hurts. Tiger is a douche bag. He needs to go cold for a night to appreciate what he has....(had).

Let the Tiger games begin

Tiger Woods is one of the greatest golfers I just can't believe why someone with a beautiful wife and kids with a great career puts it all down the drain for one night stands. I mean did you even see some of those women he risked every thing for. Aside from the sex scandal he is still a great golfer but, not a good person for people to idolize. Cause and effect his fame and fortune got the best of him he just let it get out of hand. Above all if he knows what he did was wrong or he would not be taking time off of golf.

I love that club chain. There is always something fun going on over there, not like the other clubs in the area. I say way to keep the fun going!

Let the Tiger games begin

I never expected anything resembling class or good taste out of tiger the crow.

Okay, so yes, the banner was tasteless. But let's not forget: so was the behaviour that led to it.

I never expected anything resembling class or good taste from a strip club, so this isn't even worth talking about.
