Video: Tiger did not like those book questions

Tiger Woods had his usual timid press conference on Wednesday at PGA National, and while it had the bland answers Woods usually gives reporters, it did have a surprise moment when Tiger lost his cool.

Asked by Alex Miceli about the recent excerpts from Hank Haney's tell-all book about Woods, Tiger said he wasn't going to answer anymore questions and actually broke his cool for a moment. The video is below, so watch it for yourself, but you can obviously tell Tiger isn't a big fan of this upcoming book and might even hate questions about the book more.

Let me make a comment or rather let me put it another way. When you become a celeb you give up your private life. You had a choice and you chose to be a celeb so don't complain if you are treated like a celeb. And cinful "trying to make a lviing:. You must be kidding. Hell the guy is worth untoild millions. Let me do a repeat for those who still don't get it. He has no private life. It's up for grabs and who of you would not take the money for giving up your private life?. I've been around many, many more years than most of you and it hasn't changed since the 30s when I was born. Get with it.

His father did the same thing so I am pretty sure he didn't let his father down.  Seriously though, haven't we all beat the cheating on the wife thing to death.  I am a woman and do not respect a man for cheating on his wife but when is a story beyond reporting about?  How many years does it take to put it to rest.  The media in this country does far more harm than good.  I don't even like Tiger - I have seen him and the way he acts up close at the Ryder Cup and thought he was arrogant and unfriendly.  That aside, he is a golfer trying to make a living.  He used to be great and is now so-so.  Get over it people!  I, for one, even though I don't care for the guy can acknowledge that he is great for the game of golf.  He brought a lot of viewers on board and I hope he starts winning again!!

As a good friend of mine used to say; let me tell you what's the truth. And the truth is that all of you out there who think Haney should not have writted the book answer one question. Would you take a billion dollars in exchange for having one crummy book writen about you. Who of you would not say give me the billion. It's the celebrity business guys and gals. Tiger had a choice. Go pro and be a name recognized all around the world or join the army. The problem at this point is that Tiger acts like he is surprised that someone told some tales about him. I am surprised it hasn't happened earlier.  And while you are at it tell me the names of top celebs who have not had a book or articles written about them which were not full of praise. Apparently Tiger thinks he is above the norm.

Haney better make his money on the book because, I believe,  his teaching career is going to suffer. Not sure that many Pro prospects want to get invovled with a coach that talks out of school. He will still get students, but any future phenoms will shy away from this kind of controversey.

Ok, I'm not a fan of many of the things that Tiger has done in the past few years.I am wondering why many aren't seeing the realproblem here though. No one would even know who the hell Hank Haney was if it wasn't for Tiger Woods. Haney made a ton of money off Tiger, then got some more high paying jobs because he worked with Tiger. Then, he goes out and writes some BS "tell all" book about the guy who made Haney relevent at all in the first place. Then, a reporter, who's suppose to be a friend of Tiger's, asks him a question about something in the book after it's already apparent Tiger is not going to answer questions about this book. The media are acting like Tiger SHOULD be answering questions from this money grab, I mean book, as if he wrote it. Why isn't Hank Haney being barbequed for being the back stabbing wussy that he is??? Why are people acting like the media is right here, when they obviously aren't? I hope no golfer ever employs Haney ever again. How could they possibly trust him?

Ok First of all Hank is a want to be He is a swing coach who failed with Barkley , Romano , etc. I think he is working at trying to be a celebrity with his cheesey blond wife and his limited personality. While I am the first one to admit Tiger crapped on his family which he pays for by not having his kids all the time, we are all human and nothing is worse then a person trying to capitalize on you ... Weather at work or in life no one deserves to profit from personal relationships period...

While I agree that Haney shouldnt be calling out Tiger especially if he plans on working with tour players again. Many here feel Haneys book is an act of betrayal and think Haney should be taken to the woodshed for it, and I agree. Lets however turn the argument around if Tiger went out and committed the same act of betrayal against his own family should the victum then be allowed to write a book based on the laundry list of Waffle House waitresses he was nailing. Sounds like he wants it both ways. In the end Tiger has been the greatest player since Nicklaus just because he can play a game doesnt make him a good guy. Tiger owes me nothing but I think it would be refreshing if he conducted himself with a little more class and not the spoiled brat he shows on the course or media room.

Okay I watched the video and I feel for Tiger.  I feel bad for him that he cannot answer a simple question from Alex, his friend.  I really feel sorry for, wait...okay I do not.  He deserves whatever the devil has in store for him....okay.  Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be....  I feel bad for him and you can tell when someone is "cornered" they get like an animal in their auora and it is not a pretty picture.  SO EVERYBODE BUY THE BOOK....OKAY.  Let's see what is bothering Tiger about a simple book.  It is like as if he would want to burn the books about him that Alex, his friend, is asking him about.  Burn the books.  You think that the old Tiger boy would not be afraid to take on all questions and answer them without any remorse of some odd expression.  He lost it and lost it big.  He let everyone down really around him, except for the Caddyshack crowd, that wants to have some sort of glory hole on the course.  I feel bad for him for he looks so upset about where he has placed himself in life.  God Bless you Tiger Woods!
