Celebrity sightings at the Rose Bowl

Posted on: January 7, 2010 8:14 pm

PASADENA, Calif. -- Roger Clemens doing interviews. In public. With his wife at his side.

That was one of the sightings at the Rose Bowl minutes before kickoff. Guess Roger is ready to come clean, no? He looked awful comfortable for a guy who is going to have to wait a long time for the hall of fame.

Anyway, whenever Texas travels, especially to Southern California, the stars come out. Rex Linn of CSI: Miami, Brian Orakpo, Frank Okam, Pete Carroll and oh yeah, a certain Vince Young.

VY looked tight with his shaved head and beard. When he walked out of the tunnel in pregame the eyes of Texas were upon him. He strode past the end where he scored the winning touchdown against USC in 2006.

"I got a little real estate over there," VY said. "I definitely had to be here."

This is the night where Colt McCoy possibly replaces Young as Texas' greatest quarterback.

"One you're going to have the same chance," Vince said he told McCoy before that game-winning drive against USC.

We'll see.

Let's kick it off.
