AKRON, Ohio -- The word when I arrived at the LeBron James Skills Academy was that Monday's best highlight came in a pick-up game featuring the college players and James himself. According to the collection of NBA scouts and other folks here, Xavier's Jordan Crawford dunked on James pretty good. So I had to find out whether it was true.
"It happened, and it was bad," said Michael Gilchrist, the top player in the Class of 2011. "That was something to see."
Sorry I missed it.

Xavier's Crawford dunked on King JamesThe video has been relased! It wasn't as bad as Vince Carter did to some random Euro guy, but still it was bad.

Xavier's Crawford dunked on King JamesActually, Jordan was beat in a one-on-one game by a high school senior. It turns out that the high school senior was Michael Finley. It happens to the best of them.

Xavier's Crawford dunked on King JamesLooks like somebody is a little young in their knowledge base...Jordan actually got beat in a game of horse at an event he hosted by a CEO look for the video on you tube or do a search for michael jordan plays horse...Get your data straight buddy...and who cares if Lebron got dunked on players get dunked on...it's what happens in the game of basketball...especially if it was a pick up game where players dont know how to call out picks and such...if Shaq and Yao Ming can get dunked on anyone can...get your head out of the EA Sports games and into the real world of sports...Critic

Xavier's Crawford dunked on King JamesI once heard Alonzo Mourning say that if you were out of the floor with good players, you were going to get dunked on. It's just that nobody wants to be that guy in the poster.

Xavier's Crawford dunked on King JamesI just watched a video of MJ losing to the CEO John Rogers on YouTube. The best part about that video is at the end when MJ is talking to Damon Wayans. MJ says, "in life, in the game, you get dunked on, you get crossed over, it all happens." Then Damon says, "But at your own camp?! Take that picture down (of MJ) right there and put up a picture of Rogers right there." Guess LeBron should have taken down his picture and put up Crawfords. LeBron is a straight ego maniac. I lost all respect for him after this. You heard it from MJ himself, everyone gets dunked on. But it's one thing to get dunked on, and another to try and confiscate footage and conceal it. Straight ego trippin. |

Xavier's Crawford dunked on King JamesI saw Jordan get beat by a 5'8" women's college player when I was at Jordan Camp about 6-7 years ago... he was calling fouls after he realized she had a 4 point lead and he may end up losing... for what it's worth he wasn't playing D at first.. but he tried to step it up and ended up losing anyway.. little things like this mean nothing... but losing to a girl is embarrassing no matter who you are
