Mike Singletary agreed to a two-year deal that will make him linebackers coach and assistant head coach with the Minnesota Vikings, NFL sources confirmed.

The former San Francisco head coach announced on ESPN radio Tuesday that he was headed to Minnesota after an 18-22 tenure with the 49ers. He was fired with one game left in this season.

The deal reunites him with Leslie Frazier, his former teammate with the Chicago Bears, and solidifies the future for the Hall of Fame linebacker. Singletary had spoken to two other clubs but chose the Vikings because of his relationship with Frazier.

Musgrave interviewing Wednesday.  I pick Musgrave over Daniels.  I like his history in developing Matt Ryan.

Hopefully he can hire William Perry as Team Nutritionist.

If he's dead, condolences to his family and friends.

Good hire by Frazier. Now he needs a quality Offensive coordinator.
