No QB controversy with Redskins

So much for a quarterback controversy in Washington. New coach Jim Zorn just said he's sold on Jason Campbell as his starter, despite the play of Todd Collins down the stretch last season. Collins, who can become a free agent, has been told by the Redskins that if he re-signs it will be as a backup. "(Collins) is not going to get that chance (to be a starter)," he said. "Because Jason Campbell is our No. 1 guy. Jason Campbell needs to know he's the starter. I don't want him feeling like, oh, my gosh, if I make a mistake I'm going to get pulled. He's playing 16 games and leading us to the playoffs and that's that."

No QB controversy with Redskins

Sounds like Zorns tryin to make sure the Redskins don't stand in our way next year.  But I do know most of the Skins fan base dont want Collins starting next season.  I frequently carry out covert ops on their fan sites following Zorns legacy. Maybe they all know something we dont. Perhaps Zorn wants some one more mallable to his system?

No QB controversy with Redskins

I thought you played the players that won games for you!!! This is the reason for the NFL to have such a large talent  drop at the QB position!!!! The smart thing to have said would be I will let the best QB play but that dosn't seem to matter in the NFL these days!!!! Way to keep screwing things up Redskins!!!
