Today is March 21st.  Yesterday was the first day in a couple of weeks, that the entire ground was visible.  All the miscolored snow, piled high on either side of my driveway had finally melted.  During the past week,  I enjoyed temperatures spanning the 40's, and even 51 on Tuesday.   I returned my sticks back to their summer home...  my trunk...  anticipating, at the very least, a trip to the OUTDOOR range.  OOHHH YEAAAH!  NO? HUH? WHAT? 3 TO 6 WHAT?  ARRRGGGHHH!!!

MI is expecting one of it's "unexpected" snow squalls to come busting through here later today.  To start around 3 pm.  3-6 inches.  Cold, blustery winds.  Gray skies. (sigh)

Looks like the only stick I'll be playing with is the one attached to my snow shovel...

It is TEE TIME...just not for me.

Still whining in MI...

WOW dg - Yes you have it worse than I, this year.  Unfortunately I will be unable to stop the nasty winds a blowin' yer way this PM.  Looks like the storm pattern may spare you of any accumulating fall, probably a little dusting.  But, then again, I'm an optimist.

IHO, South Alabama, sounds like the spot to me right now.  POLISHLOOPER, Virgin Islands, sounds like the spot to me right now.

I lived in Waikiki for a year.  Is the angst coming through.  Here I am in MI, awaiting another obstacle added to the swelling gauntlet in my path, on my quest, for a round of golf.

I think I hear the hefty bag calling...

You've EARNED the right to whine....!!  You've endured months of cold temps and the ugly stuff that goes with it.  [the "S"-word].  At least you managed to move the clubs....   Currently, we have 2 inches from yesterday and more on the way here for Cleveland.   I'd appreciate it very much, if you could stop the winds that come out of Michigan so they don't dump any more of THAT stuff on us.

Two weeks ago we got slammed with 18 - 24 inches  [ which is still on the ground ]  ........... and I don't believe there's a course open after that...    All this talk about warmth and possibly hitting the outdoor range is CRUEL PUNISHMENT..!!

You're almost as bad as  the  POLISHLOOPER . . . .  he left his Michigan home and is enjoying the beaches and hiking trails of St. Thomas..

................   do you guys like kicking us when we're down..??

Better hit the range on your lunch break. Just to get rid of the Jones'in for a couple of days.
