I will hate you forever Dwayne Wade

Since this is on CBS I won't be able to use the language I want but that's okay. F' D Wade, F' Chris Bosh. They have led the media on for a few days now before deciding on Miami. All along Wade has said that he wanted to spend more time with his kids, win another championship, go with the team with the most pieces in place. But then he goes and does the exact opposite. He went with the money and no state income tax. To me he used the Bulls to get Miami to spend more money. I had always admired his game but this is a slap in the face to this loyal Bulls fan. Bosh was gonna go wherever Wade went so he gets a lesser F you but still.
I would also like to direct some anger towards the Bulls. What was the point of trading our best defender, a guy that plays both guard spots, and a team leader for nothing? Oh yeah and giving up a first round pick too was a great idea. This is the second time in the past decade when they struck out on big free agents. In 2000 Tim Duncan, Grant Hill, and Tracy McGrady all said no to the Bulls. This time around it looks like another big three James, Bosh, and Wade all have said no too. I hope Miami continues their losing ways and never wins another title. And from the looks of it the Bulls might not either. They should have listened to me. Keep the team together. Keep Salmons or Hinrich, draft a shooting guard, sign Carlos Boozer. And the team would have been winners for a long time. I've ranted enough but for the record F' Wade and F Bosh.

I'm not gonna sit here and say that I don't care that the Bulls didn't get LeBron, but at the same time I'm not overly disappointed. I love Derrick Rose and have always wanted him to be "the guy" on a Bulls Championship team. I honestly thought LeBron would go back to Cleveland and am kind of shocked he would go play in Wade County. They will be a great team and will more than likely snatch a couple rings, but I will never look at LeBron like a I would MJ or even Kobe. Bulls need to sign Anthony Morrow (restricted free agent) and then use that cap room to fill some wholes and build a decent bench. Depending on D-Rose's ceiling, they may not need a LeBron type to sign here...I love Rose's game and think he's the Korver or Mike Miller..HELL NO!!! Oh yeah, I think Melo would have been a way better fit than LeBron in Chi anyway..

Lebron to miami is a huge mistake.  He has ruined his legacy.  Jordan didn't leave Chicago after losing to the Pistons 3 times in a row. It was his town and his team and now he's taking the easy way out in a city that never should have won a title to begin with had the refs not been betting on the games and giving cheap calls to Wade, thereby taking away a ring from the Mavs.  If he were going to leave he should've gone to chicago.  He said he listened to his mom and she told him he'd be happy in miami but his mom is messed up as she was messing around with Delonte West. If he really wanted to do what would've made him happy it would've been to listen to his heart and stay in ohio.  I've always been a huge fan lebron, i'm from texas to i don't have ties to the cavs, but you just made a mistake you'll probably regret for a while.  You may win a few championships though I doubt it, but you left your city and your fans.

Good call, especially since all 3 have committed and agreed to look @ a deal with less money to help build the rest of the team, they will be best in east for a long time to come

"no state income tax"....

wow, way to repeat everything you hear on other websites.

i bet that was about .05% of the reason he decided to stay in miami

100% agree with strog.

Bosh really dictated this whole thing, which is crazy I know, but true.  If Bosh wanted to play in Miami, then LBJ/Bosh and the rest of the 60 win Cavs would have happened and been the favorites.  If Bosh wanted to play in Chicago, he'd be there with Wade, and they would be the favorites.  But Chris wanted to play in Miami, so Wade stayed, even though I think his heart wanted to go to Chicago.

Wade did talk a lot about spending more time with his family, and I believe that he did have a tough decision on his hands. Stay in Miami where he is established, or go home to Chicago. What probably happened is that Bosh decided he wanted to live in South Beach, indicated this to Wade, and thus his mind was made up for him. That is just how things go sometimes, no reason to hate, your team just missed out. It happens

Dude it's sports, that's what happens, a part of them probably enjoyed courting their share of attention for a while in the so-called 'Summer of LeBron' so who can blame them, why should they lose out on having all the fun? Plus, if you give credence to several GM murmurings out there, Wade was doing it as part of his and Riley's scouting/spying plan. Savvy, no?
