We have some weaknesses, i.e the road. Can we do this thing? The west is so tough, but the Jazz have a cool depth and scoring ability. Wierd team to figure out, sometimes.  Home court is unreal, the road is twilight zone. Beat the good teams and lose to all of the worst, or so it seems. Hard team to figure out. So athletic, yet so young. So precise, yet so erratic at times. Wow. We are probably a year or two out, but on the right track. Thoughts?

You all know how I feel about the JAZZ...............Look how their playing, confident......That 3 pointer at the end of the 3rd......Mehmet Okur with 2 3's at the half....winning breeds confidence...the Rockets, no way, not one win, right now just a distraction....Lakers will be huge, but just watch how our rotation's break them down, and they'll be saying dumb stuff like "upstart" and "underdog" and "surprising", none of it true....and how awesome to know it's happening, when nobody else does, hah-aloha

With the Jazz making some noise last year in the playoffs for being such a young squad, I think this year we can expect the same thing. Yeah they set the bar high to try and surpass that bar, but if they can play shut down defense they can beat anybody like the Lakers, Hornets, Suns, Spurs, and Mavericks. And they can reach there goal of making to the NBA Finals, but first thing first starting with the Rockets and taking it one game at a time.

Love, I don't think can is the question. This young Jazz team showed a lot of poise in the playoffs last year and gained a lot of much needed experience, regardless of why or how they made it as far as they did; so much so that there isn't a doubt in my mind that they can. My greatest concern is whether or not they show up to each game with that killer instinct that they have definitely demonstrated they can possess on the road with wins in Boston, Detroit, New Orleans, Houston, Denver and Phoenix.

But only time will tell. We have great odds in the first round, and since Denver won't hardly slow the Lakers, we'll have to wait and see what happens in the second round.
