this week the rays must also make a roster move with a catcher....dioner navarro will be eligible to come off of the 15 day dl...which would mean someone will have to go down...hopefully the rays can get a couple of series wins and get back on track...

yeah for some reason wakefield kills the rays...he has that same voodoo going that daniel cabrera does...even when we score 6 runs in 4 innings on him we still cant hang em with a loss....the only thing about wakefield is if that knuckler isnt going well he gets shelled....but with that consistant environment here in the always seems to be going.

I disagree about catching a break with Wakefield.  Not only does this guy dominates us, but he's even better at the Trop.   When he comes down here to St. Pete I know the guy just smiles.

Looks like the Rays will have their hands full with the Blue Jays starters, but get a break with the Red Sox.  While Tim Wakefield is difficult, at times, he's not going to give Tampa Bay the fits McGowan and "Doc" will.  You actually give Edwin the win right now v. Buchholz.  The kid's getting lit up recently.

I'm originally from Clearwater, but owned a home in Apollo Beach, so I'm adding you to my favorites to keep an even closer eye on the teams of my hometown...especially those Buccaneers.
