NFL Regular Season MVP - RB Adrian Peterson, Min: Gets to run on teams such as the Rams, Niners, Seahawks, Cardinals, Browns, Bengals, Packers(twice), Lions(twice), and Falcons. Al nine of those teams ranked in the bottom half in at least one defensive rushing category. Niners and Cards being the two best rush defenses out of these teams and they were 13th and 16th in yards per game, but still allowing over 100 rush yds per game and over 10 rush tds on the season.

NFL Defensive MVP - DE Mario Williams, Houston Texans

NFL Coach of the Year - Jack Del Rio, Jaguars: Jacksonville wins a tough AFC South division.

NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year - RB Donald Brown

NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year - LB Brian Cushing
