What to do about the Twins crowded outfield

The Minnesota Twins have been a very good team recently but they have a slight problem. They have two many outfielders. They have Gomez who is going to start. They also have Delmon Young who has played well on the Twins hot streak. Then they have Cuddy. Although he is hurt right now when he is healthy he has power and has a good love. Then they have Denard Span. Span is one of the reasons that the Twins have been playing so well of lately. There is also Kubul. He is more of a DH but is the second best  homerun hitter on the Twins so he can't really be benched. That leaves us with 4 outfielders that could start and only 3 starting spots. First of all. Gomez will be are starting Center fielder. He is a bit frustrating at times but he is also Spectacular some times and plays well with Casilla. Second Span. He provides speed at the bottom of the lineup and the team plays better with Span playing so he should also start. Third is Delmon- Although he is also frustrating but we can't give up on him after hallf a season. He has talent he just hasn't fully used it yet. He is a good hitter but isn't the greatest defender but I think that will come over time. That leaves Cuddy as the odd man out. The Twins could use Cuddy as trade bait and try to get another reliver or a shortstop or second baseman and move Casilla to shortstop which is his natural position.

I wish we could put Cuddy at third but Gardie has already said that he doesn't want to do that. I don't think you can bench GoGo because he was the center piece in the Santana trade and if we send him down then some fans would start complaining and saying that that trade was a bad trade and it was actually a very good one. Also if youu put Cuddy at third then yoou would have to bench Busher and he's playing great to.

assuming that cuddyer comes back healthy and ready to play, i think we need to consider replacing gomez with span and leaving cuddy in RF.  gomez is not batting .250 on the year with .285 OBP and .349 SLG.  mostly, he just looks kind of embarassing up there a lot of the time, especially when he's trying to bunt.  span is ready, gomez is not.  hopefully it wouldn't affect casilla's production...

Delmon Young started out slow....but now he's batting .299!! and starting to be very clutch! and yes I am very excited for Denard Span, great speed and potential. Kubel has potential for power....but hasn't fully showed it, keep him at DH.
With all Cuddyer's injuries and terrible playing....I dont know what to do? He has a gun though.

Put Cuddy back at third, play young, span and gogo in the outfield, and dh kubel.  Young has been on a streak ever since he figured out what "small ball" really means and has finally bought into the system.  Cuddy will maske some errors at third again, but that line up should score crazy runs.  Otherwise you have five quality players for four positions . . .not a bad spot to be in.  A nice rotation will keep everybody healthy.

what the twins could do about this problem in the outfield is one, switch out cuddy and delmon every once in a while

or cuddy has shown that he is able to play first base which could give morneau some much needed rest.

plus gomez cant start every game like he has been and deserves some rest so we could end up having span in center,

cuddy in right, and delmon in left. But if there is one outfielder that i would at least DH so that cuddy can play is delmon

young because I just dont think that he is that good of a defender, I've seen him make some pretty bad plays this year.

but his hitting has gotten better and he deserves to be in the lineup. But I think that cuddy would be too good to trade and the twins would be

fools to trade him.  GO TWINS!!!!!

once he gets back, i would for sure start cuddyer over young, even with how well young has been playing lately.  on a young team like this, veteran leadership is HUGE, and that falls to mauer, morneau, and cuddyer on offense.  having a veteran like cuddyer in the OF will be beneficial in the long run.  i would probably start young over span right now, but i also don't really want to take span out of the lineup.  another possibility is to just have a 4 man rotation at the OF as span can play all 3 positions.  so in every 4 games or so, everyone plays 3.  i would hate to trade michael cuddyer as he has (reportedly) become a big leader in the clubhouse, much like torii hunter was.  lol i say reportedly because obviously i'm not hanging around in the twins club house so i don't know first hand.  all in all, its better to have too many good players than too few, and trading any of these OF's for a bullpen arm, even if it is a legit 8th inning setup man to replace neshek, would be a rip off.

better idea would be to bring korecky back up and use him in the 8th inning, and let guerrier go back to the 7th inning.
