RFG's Eliminator League Week 11

Alright, first off, let me comment on how this week absolutely killed people... just because of Talladega, and then Jimmie and a few other drivers ending up doing bad here, this has just been the session from h***. Also, we will need to think about the last segment, because with the schedule change, Talladega is now on the final segment, which could determine the overall winner, its 5 races still though, but that one race proved a lot. Congratulations to Superjags, Section, and Berlyn, as all 3 picked the winner this week, way to redeem yourselves guys! Although the people that picked Jimmie Johnson or Kevin Harvick found themselves in an even bigger hole, but I think we can all find out who is in last already, sad to say he got last place both week due to bad luck, and was 1 pos. away of being the first person to score below 100 points.

1.) Roushfenway- 286

2+3.) Berlyn and Superjags- 284

4.) Uscfann- 269

5.) Bondkbond- 264

6.) Section- 242

7+8.) Spikesgator and Tigersman- 229

9.) Edwardsfan- 209

10.) Mikeyfan- 194

11.) Floridawhite- 185

12.) Tabasco Kat- 184

13.) Bradman- 163

14.) Fsu1dogs- 159

15.) Tenacfan- 149

16.) M56nascar- 109

17.) Chicagolaw- 101

So actually, M56nascar came really close to being eliminated this week as well, but just barely stays ahead of Chicagolaw to keep himself into the competition. But its sad to say that Chicagolaw will be leaving us, but I have to be the gravedigger, and put someone in the coffin, this week just proved nasty and brutal above all, and if it wasn't for the Talladega, Chicago might have been able to go for a lot longer, it was just bad luck on his part, not at all people who performed bad. And congratulations to... well... me, by only edging out both Berlyn and Superjags by 2 points! Like I said, every position counts, and those 10 points can come more than in handy, I know I will use them wisely this session.

Now, we have new handicap lists!!! No longer can you get Ryan Newman and Mark Martin at high prices, but Allmendiger is now here, Jaime and Ragan are here still, there are still some prime members in these groups that could be used, just not quite the same as Mark Martin though.

+10 handicap (can't get these to heading 2 w/o making the rest of the text heading 2, dunno why...)

Martin Truex Jr.

Reed Sorenson

Kevin Harvick (he might be the new prime pick)

Michael Waltrip

Jaime Mcmurray

David Ragan

David Stremme

A.J. Allmendiger

+20 handicap

Elliot Sadler

Sam Hornish Jr.

Bobby LaBonte

Joey Logano

Paul Menard

Robby Gordon

John Andretti

+30 handicap

Anyone not in the top 35 after 10 races, including Scott Speed

And now, for the next 5 races, there will be a new rule in effect, as I always do something every week... in the top 20 in points, I will assign one person, who statistically struggles greatly here unlike any other track, and give them a +15 handicap, I put put the person right below the handicap list. For this week, at Darlington, I would have chose Kevin Harvick, however, considering that he isn't in the top 20, and I will only choose Vickers or Reutimann as a last resort, or else they will always be chosen, I chose Matt Kenseth, who is just barely in the top 12, and during the last 10 races here has struggled pretty much the most out of all of them, although his last 3 were good, and I'm having second thoughts about Kenseth now, lol, so if you choose Matt Kenseth this week, you will get a +15 point bonus, you know you want it bondkbond, lol.

Here is the win column

Fsu1dogs- 3

Bondkbond and Superjags- 2

M56nascar, Mikeyfan, Spikesgator, Floridawhite, Chicagolaw, Edwardsfan, Roushfenwayguy, Uscfannv, Section and Berlyn=1

Here is the avg. session rank column (ties count for the pos. tied with, I.E., 3 way tie for 2nd= everyone gets second), I will put this up every other race, (and it may be later in the week, depends on how much time I have) and this will let people know who is the most dominant, and the least, I will also show where the person eliminated ranked... (O.K., so this does have to do with something, but I will not tell unless it happensSurprised): (rounds to 1 digit) (ties broken by best finishing session) (Superjags and Spikesgator have 2 session less than everyone else.)

Floridawhite- 5.6 (best avg., with 2,4,5,6 and 11)
Spikesgator- 5.7 (1 win)
Roushfenwayguy- 6.6 (1 win)
Bondkbond- 6.8 (1 win)
Fsu1dogs- 7.2 (1 win)
Superjags- 7.3
Uscfann- 7.8 (but top 5d last 3 sessions)
Berlyn- 9.6 (1 win)
Chicagolaw- 9.8 (Eliminated)
Bradman- 10.8
Tigersman- 11
Mikeyfan- 11.2 (best= 2nd)
Section- 11.2 (best= 5th)
Edwardsfan- 11.6
Tenacfan- 12 (best= 4th)
M56Nascar- 12 (best= 6th)

OK, now that I have had time to think about it, Kenseth is out. I picked the winner last week, and will do it again this week. I am going to go with Jeff Gordon. Time to break the jinx of picking him.
