Well, here we go again for just two more segments until the chase, we are getting close. Glen was an exciting race, but in the end Ambrose got his second win, along with 8 others, and Smoke went up in Smoke, as well as JPM as some of the favorites. Anyways lets see who is going home this week:
1.) Bradman- 157 (88) (0) (Well, give Beardawg the silver, first and the most laps led drivers, first last week too.)
2.) Beardawg- 151 (90) (+3) (First and third, just give him the trophy.)
3.) ILL55INI- 137 (74) (+1)
NON-PODIUM 125 CLUB
4.) Tenacfan- 130 (64) (-1)
5.) Floridawhite- 129 (61) (-3)
6.) Sfrye- 127 (72) (0)
Roushfenwayguy (ghost picks)- 122 (74)
7.) Fsu1dogs- 122 (72) (+1)
8.) River Rat- 118 (86) (+2) (Well, those under the radar picks worked in a huge way... although I'm not sure about Jimmie being an under the radar pick.)
9.) Tigersman- 109 (61) (0) (One of two victims of JPM doing bad again.)
10.) Berlyn- 86 (35) (-3) (Denny Hamlin has not proved to be much of a road racer, and he took out the last female.)
Winning Drivers List:
River Rat- 1
River Rat must collect every winner the next four races, and both Tigers and Beardawg can't get one in order for River Rat to get a +2 bonus for the first segment.
Similar for Fsu and Bradman as River Rat, but they have a 1 race cushion, missing one that either of them get would kick them from contention.
Floridawhite and Tenacfan are currently in a tie for third, and thus would not get any bonsuses, one of them must get a winner in order to even think about bonuses.
Tigersman and Beardawg could get a +2 bonus throughout the chase if they can get a win away from each other, and stay away from the rest of the pack.
(Mark Martin, by average, would currently be 14th in the standing were he race all races, so 15th is now 16th, etc.)
A side note that the handicap lists will not reset until the chase (week 27), so these will stick around an extra week... and more non-chase drivers could be added to the handicap lists.
+2 Handicap: 16th-22nd
Paul Menard (new to handicap list)
Juan Pablo Montoya
+4 Handicap: 23rd- 29th
Aric Almirola (+2 to +4 handicap)
+6 Handicap: 30th- 35th
(Sam Hornish Jr. will now reside a +6 handicap until A.J. goes down more in the standings)
David Stremme (new to handicap list)
+8 handicap: Anyone Below 35th
Michigan, so Greg Biffle, and you know what, this seems to be the only track Dale Earnhardt can win at, so he is a favorite here, I'll ride him here.)
