RFG's Eliminator 4.0 Week 24

Posted on: August 23, 2012 9:48 am

So Greg Biffle gets his second win, becoming the 6th driver this season with multiple wins after that JJ awful luck. Anyways, it looks like 3 people that are still in the game picked him, which could really help for this final push... but I really believe there will be two extremes this week given the drivers that had engine issues, so lets find out:

1.) Sfrye-                                    92 (Top 2 cars, its like Sfrye knew Jimmie was going to have engine failiures.)

Roushfenwayguy (ghost picks)- 90

2.) Beardawg-                              80 (With the 11 points from handicaps/bonuses, he got up above the 80 point barrier.)

3.) Bradman-                              80

4.) Tenacfan-                              79

5.) ILL55INI-                               77

6.) Floridawhite-                           67

7.) River Rat-                               42 (The Kenseth-Stewart bandwagon this week was large, but that doesn't mean good.)

8.) Tigersman-                             40 (A decent finish in Kenseth, but then there's than engine failiure.)

9.) Fsu1dogs-                               39 (The worst of it is, he still had the most laps led after the awful crash.)

Winning Drivers List:

Beardawg-               6 (Has finally passed Tigersman with 3 weeks to go until the bonus, great switch from JJ.)

Tigersman-             5

Floridawhite-             4

Tenacfan-                4

ILL55INI-                 4

Sfrye-                      4
Fsu1dogs-                2

Bradman-                 2

River Rat-                1

River Rat is eliminated from any bonus contention.

Fsu/Bradman need to pick the winner for all 3 races w/o a win from any in the 4 bracket to receive +3 for the first segment.

All others have a chance to receive any bonus, but only Tigersman and Beardawg currently have bonuses.

Mark Martin, by average, would currently be 14th in the standing were he race all races, so 15th is now 16th, etc.)

A side note that the handicap lists will not reset until the chase (week 27), so these will stick around an extra week... and more non-chase drivers could be added to the handicap lists.

+2 Handicap: 16th-22nd

Jeff Gordon

Paul Menard (new to handicap list)

Joey Logano

Marcos Ambrose

Jamie McMurray

Jeff Burton

Juan Pablo Montoya

+4 Handicap: 23rd- 29th

I would be stupid not to pick Brad Keselowski here, the other driver... that has to be Kyle Busch.

Roushfenwayguy (GHOST PICKS)- Brad Keselowski, Kyle Busch

Tigersman-                                                                                 Tony Stewart, Matt Kenseth
