NFL Teams List Revision #1

Posted on: July 23, 2008 7:43 pm

Ok everyone, thanks for the feedback so far.  This is my first revision of the list.  The Bills I didn't remember much about them last year, and remembered the past when they were sucky.  So they have moved up to OK.  The Niners belong in the OK Teams in my book, because as a Niners fan, I have optimism for the upcoming season.  To clarify things, I have switched the Horrible Teams and the Really Crappy ones, as I realize its worse to be horrible than really crappy, and I put the worst teams in the crappy section.  So the worst teams are the horrible ones.  I have switched the Browns and the Bears.  I don't think the Steelers are that good, and the Saints and Panthers underachieve.  So they will stay put.

Also, the Bengals have been upgraded to "Sucky Teams", because I feel the Patriots should be the only stand-alone team.

Thanks for all your input, and keep checking for revisions!

Good Teams:
Colts, Giants, Redskins, Cowboys, Colts, Jaguars, Texans, Colts, Eagles, Chargers, Vikings, and the Colts.

Ok Teams:
SteelersBrowns, Packers, Niners, Cardinals, Broncos, Ravens, Titans, Seahawks, Bills

Sucky Teams:
Bears, Lions, Panthers, Buccaneers, Saints, Bengals

Really Crappy teams:
Raiders, Chiefs, Jets

Horrible Teams:
Rams, Falcons, Dolphins

Teams that Cheat:
Patriots

NFL Teams List Revision #1

First off. That "mascot" of yours is smokin'. 2nd-The Raiders as Crappy team? Come on. They play in a lousy division and some people predict 8-9 wins. The Chiefs are worthless and the Bronco's are going to be bad. There is possible 4 wins there. Add in an improved defense and the rookie of the year and you have an OK team. Redskins as a Good team. Last I checked, they still lack a decent QB. Eagles? They are one McNabb boo boo away from being 6-10. But regardless, you gotta love that football is in the air.

Their offense is not that great but their defense is pretty good

Best in football last year if I'm not mistaking.

Joey Galloway is getting old and slower

older, not slower. He's still one of the, if not the fastest player in the league.

the buc's OL is not that great

The OL is solid! They had a very good running game last year when they finally switched to Earnest Graham. He hits the hole and goes.

There is no team in the division that is better than the team. The Panthers suck, and the saints can't stop anyone.

Relying on a 3rd string running back to carry the load won't work again

Michael Bennett is in Gruden's dog house.

The Bucs have no decent QB, for starters

Garcia made the pro-bowl. McCown threw for 300 yards in his starts. The Bucs are also one of the last two remaining in the Favre saga. How is there not a DECENT qb there?

and also good RB

10 TD's, 800 yards in 10 games isn't good? Earnest Graham is the starter now, and was actaully on one of the ESPN Fantasy Football HOF commercials. Do you watch football?

Cadillac always gets hurt

Even if he was back, he'd probabally be 3rd string.

ARE you really willing to say that the 49ers have a better QB than Tampa Bay?

You are a friggin idiot.

Their offense is not that great but their defense is pretty good. Their wr's are not that great, Joey Galloway is getting old and slower, the buc's OL is not that great, so basicly their O is pretty bad, but somehow I think they will manage an 8-8 or 9-7 season this year.

Sorry Buc fan, even with the addition of that cheesehead that we won't mention, your offense is still not there.  Relying on a 3rd string running back to carry the load won't work again and Cadillac isn't due back quick enough.

Uh, bucfan, its easy to see why those teams are better then your Bucs.

The Bucs have no decent QB, for starters, and also good RB.  Cadillac always gets hurt.  I don't know what you are trying to rank here, it doesn't make any sense to me.

Well, it seems as though the Bucs will be in possesion of you know who by sunday. That's what the reports are by 2 sources I've heard. Here's how I break it down group by group.

QB- Saints, Bucs, Panthers, Falcons

RB- Buccaneers, Falcons, Panthers, Saints

FB- Buccaneers, Saints, Falcons, Panthers

WR- Saints, Panthers, Buccaneers, Falcons

TE- Saints, Buccaneers, Falcons, Panthers

OL- Buccaneers, Saints, Panthers, Falcons

Defense

DL-Panthers, Buccaneers, Saints, Falcons

LB's-Buccaneers, Panthers, Falcons, Saints

CB's- Buccaneers, Saints, Panthers, Falcons

S's-Buccaneers, Panthers, Falcons, Saints.

Buccaneers -15

Saints-24

Panthers - 27

Falcons- 34

Lowest score wins. I'm a little biased, but I have them with great matchups at every position. I think that they are WAY underrated in this guys list.

The Bucs have one big question & that is QB.  If the do get the guy I refuse to name, then they will jump right up but until then I just don't know.  I mean how much does Jeff Gracia have left?  He was never a top QB to start with just a good one with great system smarts.  But can he play well enough again this year? Then there is Chris Simms, who i thought had a chance to be a good QB but now he hit shy, can he get over it?? Will the Coach & team even give him a short?  That is my big question for the Buc. BruL
