Gary Patterson and the Frog Nation

Well, as the "elite" coaching carousel begins its yearly whirl a whirl we of the Purple People Eater's Nation have to sit back and wonder who will come calling on old Gary P.  I, for one, am glad to see that some of the schools are looking elsewhere.  This guy has us on the national scene every year and very soon, I believe, we are going to due some Boise State dancing.  Having attended TCU as a wacker-backer and watching Kenneth Davis, et all, bring some excitement back to the school - even is the excitement was a death blow almost - I am elated to listen or watch the games as time and coverage allows.  It stinks that we will probably end up in a toilet bowl, although I will be rooting for us wherever we land, and that Patterson is not getting the attention he deserves.  This, however, leads me to my final thought for today:  the less, the better.  Leave GP and the Horny Toads alone and allow them to keep on course and eventually they will dock in the promised land with some much deserved hype and a lot of dough for the school!  Remember: Fight em till hell freezes over...and then fight em on the ice!
