The Boston Globe reports that the next free agent target for the Celtics could be none other than Phoenix Suns veteran Grant Hill .
Hill not only played for Doc Rivers when both were in Orlando, but is one of his neighbors in Winter Park, Fla.
"I can tell you that Grant and I meet a lot," Rivers said, as quoted by the Globe . "We go out to dinner a lot. I didn't see him play a whole bunch. I was with him the wrong time, but I just know the character and I know who he is. And I think he would be a good fit for any team that's trying to win the title right now -- Grant is going to help them."

Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers spoke with the Boston Herald recently about the needs of the team, as it pertains to players who might be re-signed, and free agents who might be courted for a spot on the Celtics roster.
"We have to add someone this summer if we want to win it [again]," he said. "We have to add shooting, and Paul [Pierce] needs a solid backup, which would help Paul drastically.
"One thing we have to absolutely add is a veteran. One thing that happened [following Kevin Garnett's injury] was that we got young quickly. Bringing in another veteran, having him in the locker room, helps all the young guys."
Rivers said he also would not rule out bringing Stephon Marbury back for another season with Boston.
"He'd be much better" Rivers said. "A full training camp would make a big difference for him. First of all this year, Steph needed to play in the NBA again."
