PATS WIN!!!!! or did they?

As sure as the New England Patriots offense beats areound Tom Brady, the same can be said about Jerod Mayo and that mediocre defense.  With the fountain of information (none) pouring out of Foxborough about an apparent knee injury who can step up and fill the void in the middle.  The answer is noone.  Gary Guyton looked lo0st during the 2nd and 3rd quarters getting caught up in traffic and having zero ability to read a screen forget break one up.  If Mayo stands to miss a significant amount of time, the Pats D and all of Patriots nation will be making the trip to Bristol CT with contract in hand again asking big Tedy for a miracle.

Conditioning, and what appeared to be a loss of nerve by Jeff Fischer lost this one.  A game that was dominated primarily by defense, turns in to a free walk to the game winning fg.  Dont get me wrong, minus Ward's bonehead play Pit played a good game.  In a tie game with 10 left and a dead D you do not sit back and watch your D get picked apart and then allow it to happen in ot.  Im not an NFL HC but its pretty simple to make the determination that your plan is not working and you need to switch it.  I dont know if this is a sign of things to come in TEN, but there is to much talent on that team to be squandering away wins like that.
