TCU's 36-35 win over Boise State was a huge game this weekend that killed whatever chance Boise State had to play for a national title, and TCU wants you to remember this one forever with a commemorative t-shirt.
Which, admittedly, may be a bit excessive since it was only a regular season game, but TCU had a bit of a chip on it's shoulder.
That being said, it may have been just a regular season game, but it was also one of the strangest games in terms of backstory that we've seen played in college football recently.
You may remember that this game was originally scheduled to be played at TCU, but after TCU announced that it was leaving for the Big East, the Mountain West moved the game to Boise. Well, as things stood on Saturday, TCU is no longer joining the Big East, but the Big 12 instead, and Boise State? Well, they're a candidate to join the Big East.
Well, it turns out that the Mountain West may have done TCU a favor by moving the game to Boise, because TCU was definitely a motivated team on Saturday and it became the first team to beat Boise State in Bronco Stadium during the regular season since roughly 1874, ending a 35-game home winning streak.
And now TCU fans have something to remember it by.
