Los Angeles (Calif.) safety Kevin Ayers and Pahokee (Fla.) cornerback Joe Eason were added to Arizona State’s class of 2011, the school announced today.

The 6-foot, 200 pound Ayers will have three years to play two seasons. He is the brother of former UCLA linebacker Akeem Ayers and collected 54 tackles and two interceptions for West Los Angeles Junior College. He played at Pasadena City College his freshman year and had 59 tackles and one interception.

The 5-foot-11, 170 pound Eason will play either safety or corner. The Florida native was on the Palm Beach Post honorable mention All-Area team in high school.

The signings give the Sun Devils 16 players for the class of 2011.
