6-2 ATS Damn Tebow

Well if it wasn't for the miraculous Tim Tebow, I would of gone 7-1 ATS on my picks this weekend.  But as my motto says "you should of known."  But it was a good week overall.  Hopefully you were able to take advantage of my picks.

NFL Picks

Under 38 Bal -7

Baltimore has had a lot of let downs after big wins which have led to some higher scores because they have had to come from behind.  But if Baltimore closed thier eyes, Cleveland still couldn't put up points against them.  I see another let down by Baltimore's offense but their defense won't give up enough points to go over the total.  I like the under Bal 20-10 wins and covers for a bonus.

Hou +1.5 Under 38

This line has changed and flip flopped.  But the bottom line is Houston's defense has carried this team all year.  The offense has enjoyed the ride and the field position.  Turner is a little knicked up for Atlanta so I think that the defense will be able to neutralize Atlanta on the ground and force Ryan to put the ball in the air on some 3rd and longs.  Defense will get off the field.  Gaurantee you that this is the first game of the day to end.  Clock will be running all day.  Field Goal at the end of the game for Houston to sneak away with a 20-17 win.  Under and cover again.

Min +1 Under 37

Sorry Tebow, but this is the week that you don't get it done.  First game as a Favorite so no cusion with the spread.  Minnesota's weakness is their Secondary, so no worries there.  Miller should play but might not be as efficient with the thumb most likely in a cast of some sort.  Another game that the clock will just keep ticking.  Even without AD Minnesota has the advantage in the passing game and will be able to get a small lead and hold off Tebow.  Minnesota wins 17-13

Picks of the Day

One of the easiest two games.  Cleaned up today too.  Thanks Baylor and Clemson, who I assume will hold on to their 28 pt lead ATS.

Picks of the Day

Baylor -2.5

Not sure how a Texas team that doesn't do anything good will be able keep up with a Baylor team that can score at will.  Plus only being 2.5 pt favorites means that they basically only need to win straight up.  Texas coming off their rivalry game is prime for a let down.  Baylor wins this game 45-38.

Clemson +7

After clinching a berth to the ACC Championship and losing their BCS Championship hope Clemson laid two eggs.  Clemson will come out strong in this game and keep it close.  Not sure if they can pull of the straight up win, but their defense should be able to keep them in the game against a Virginia Tech team that comes in hot.
