Quit Baseball To Join The Circus

Now why would Eric Byrnes walk away from America's favorite pastime? Why decide to join the circus?Just to be blown out of a cannon for thrills? Now the Arizona Diamondbacks are forced to find a replacement player to match the type of player Eric Byrnes was. I hope the circus pays better than he was making as a proffessional ball player.

Red Sox Players Stand Up For Coaches & Staff

Congrats to the Red Sox for taking a stand against MLB,and showing what the word "TEAM" means. MLB should of know that besides paying the players money, when MLB should have payed for the whole "TEAM". I am not upset that the player of the Red Sox voted to boycott the start of their last spring training game to show MLB what it did wrong.

MLB needs to get their head out of you know where,if MLB still wants to open games in foreign countries, they need to pay the whole"TEAM"and not just the players.

Update to Baseballs Greatest Team Ever

I want to see WHO would be on a Greatest Baseball Team. It will consist of players from both the AL & NL.It will probably take a while to field a "starting 9" and include the "closer".So if you want to start to throw names my way go ahead,I will update daily and with in a weeks time post the player with the most votes in their respected starting position.

the next position we need is a LEFT FIELD

FIRST BASE     Lou Gerhig ( with only 4 votes )

SECOND BASE    Ryne Sanberg (2 VOTES)

SHORT STOP      Ozzie Smith ( 4 VOTES)

THIRD BASE         Mike Schmidt (4 VOTES)

CATCHER            Johnny Bench (4 VOTES)

LEFT FIELD           Ted "Splended Splinter" Williams (1 Vote)

CENTER FIELD

RIGHT FIELD

DESIGNATED HITTER

STARTING PITCHER

CLOSING PITCHER

So let's get started or as they say "PLAY BALL"

I would like to thank DKM for the idea he put into my head when he started the "GREATEST FOOTBALL TEAM EVER"
