February 18; Top 4 Seeds

1 Seeds: Ohio State (E), Pittsburgh (SE), Kansas (W), Texas (SW)
2 Seeds: San Diego State (E), Brigham Young (SE), Notre Dame (W), Duke (SW)
3 Seeds: Georgetown (E), Wisconsin (SE), Connecticut (W), Florida (SW)
4 Seeds: Louisville (E), Purdue (SE), Villanova (W), Vanderbilt (SW)

This does not include tonights games.

I would obviously have to adjust teams due to rematches, rivalries, same conference teams, etc. This is just how I would rank these teams at this point.

I will probably post a blind resume examination tonight or tomorrow for a couple of the teams on here!

Bracketology MAY come out tomorrow!

MAYBE! Laziness and procrastination has gotten the best of be lately.

I have 31 teams done! (The automatic bids)!

If I don't get it done, I will likely join Beer and LAOJoe in some Bracket talk tomorrow.

I may have my TOP 4 seeds later tonight.

Bracketology Teaser

New Plan, I am crunched on time. My Bracketology will either come out tomorrow OR next Friday Night.

I was planning on having it out tonight, but it seems to be taking longer than expected, I'll get faster later. This year seems to be way harder than the past 2 years I have done the bracketology. I have seen a couple of others Bracketology and one thing I noticed is that the bubble varies, a lot.

*The results from tonight and tomorrow will NOT be included in my bracketology so it will be Bracketology February 10th, rather than the 12th.

Here is a little sneak peak of how things are looking.

Last 4 IN: UAB, Clemson, Memphis, Oklahoma State

First SIX OUT: Southern Miss, Colorado St, Richmond, Alabama, Boston College, Washington State

***These are subject to change.

Bracketology (1-4 seeds)

                        1 Seeds
East                 Uconn
West                Louisville
Midwest          North Carolina
South               Pittsburgh

                        2 Seeds
East                 Oklahoma
West                Memphis
Midwest          Duke
South               Kansas

                         3 Seeds
East                  Michigan State
West                 Missouri
Midwest           Villanova
South                Marquette

                         4 Seeds
East                  Wake Forest
West                 Purdue
Midwest           Clemson
South                Washington

5 Key points:

  1. Okay, so even after a bad loss Pittsburgh stays as a 1 seed. Lucky for them Oklahoma lost to Kansas the night before moving Oklahoma to a 2 seed and Kansas to a 2 seed also.
  2. Missouri getting extremely close to a 2 seed and it wouldn't suprise me if they made a run for a one seed late in February and early March.
  3. Washington continues its climb and they remain the top of the Pac 10. Marquette moves from a 2 seed to a low 3 seed since my last bracketology.
  4. Louisville moves into a 1 seed for the first time.
  5. Memphis isn't going to get a one seed unless a good team or two seriously plumits. Why, beacause of their confernce. They have no competition in their conference and didn't beat a high quality team in the non-conference season.
