Does anybody even bother coming here anymore?

November 10, 2009 1:28 pm

I created this group for the heck of it when cbs gave us the capability. I think I posted a couple of times before going back to the regular boards. I stop by every once in a while, mainly to approve new members, but other than that this group thing is kind of useless to me.

Racing Today!

June 6, 2009 8:59 am

Big points race today. Can't wait to get out on the track. Weather looks great, it rained two nights ago so track should be good for racing. Unless the sun bakes the track, then it will turn into a dry slick track that will come apart.

Good Race Today!!!

April 26, 2009 11:26 pm

I think it was a good race today, but it sure would be nice to see these guys with a little more power to pass. I remember the old days when there was the sling-shot passing, that was some great racing! I know why Nascar does it though it makes for a great finish with multiple drivers instead of the few really fast ones. I hope that Nascar does make some changes though, it's time the crash at the end today could have been alot worse.

Shrub...

February 22, 2009 12:04 pm

Is Kyle Busch the best young driver in the garage? Although he doesn't annoy me as much as he has in the past, I'm still not sold on him when it counts. Yes he wins early...Yes in can win in all NASCAR series...Yes he is talented...but when the chips are down, and the points really matter...where's baby shrub then?

Although his wins at Fontana's Truck and Nationwide series were both impressive, will he be able to match that domination in the Cup series? It'll be fun to watch today, but he's going to have to do some work, or hope for some bad luck to beat the #48 today. Jimmie has looked very impressive since they unloaded on Friday. I think Roush will be strong as well. Look for an upset on the podium with Greg Bifle. He was very strong last fall, and I look for him to climb one more position today.

Enjoy the race everyone.
