Yeah you guys know the rest. I wanted to let you guys know about a blog that is an "All -time best college team blog." Now BYU has had some great players in their heyday and I would like to see some BYU players on the all time (since 1970) college team Here is the address http://livin-large.blogs.sportsline BYU tv has been running some past games and they have been a blast to relive. The last one I watched was the 1996 Cotton Bowl against Kansas State University. Steve Sarkisian (current OC with USC Trojans) led them back to an improbable win. The player who stood out the most to me on that team was actually MLB Muirbrook. He was incredible. I think he finished the game with 4 sacks and a bevy of tackles. If I remember right he was the WAC Defensive player of the year. That was so much fun to watch. The other game I watched was an absolute demolishing of Utah with Ty Detmer at QB. I think the final score was 77-28 or something insane like that. Does anyone else buy into the "Quest for Perfection" I think it is doable. The biggest challenges are going to be back to back games against UCLA and Washington, and of course the Holy War against the hated Utah Utes. Here is hoping we can crash the BCS party and get into some National Championship contention. Can't wait for Football to start... Just as an FYI Blue Ribbon did a write up on the Cougars this year. If you get a chance, you should read it. Here is the link: http://insider.espn.go.com/ncf/insi Is there a reason that we are penalized for posting in the Group Forums? I put up a post encouraging Cougar fans to participate in a blog and my reputation takes a hit. Am I the only one who finds that unsatisfactory? Category: NCAAF
