Spurs got a steal in the 2nd round with Blair. He has to be loving the chance to play with Duncan, Parker, Manu, and Mr. Clutch, Robert Horry. But if you read my article I posted a ways back, he wasn't and isn't ready for the NBA. He thought he was sure 1st round pick and he didn't go till the middle of the 2nd round and Sam Young went a pick ahead of him. I love the kid but, still don't agree with him bouncing that quick. Spurs couldn't be a better fit.

Pitt MUST be ranked #1 this week. Their wins over UCONN and NOVA speak for themselves. Show me another team that has so many quality wins this season, and I'll eat my hat!

The kid had to go. And he's averaging respectable numbers.
If he stayd in school and blew out his knee, how would you advise him then. It turns out, not only does he have bad knees, he LACKS AN ACL entirely. So one bad shot and he's done. It's why he slipped so far, and it's why leaving for the NBA was his only choice. |
